Shared a bonding experience with Property Management, Engineers,
Janitorial, and The Green Parking Council.
IPI Award Ceremony in Las Vegas was a memorable reward for the hard
work and time we all put into it.
Impark can promote that we are one of the Pioneers of Green Garage
Certification and we are at the forefront of this new revolution in
sustainability. This may help our company win bid deals and help with
our public relations efforts.
The tenants in the building appreciate our efforts in “Going Green” and
enjoy the use of the Juice Bar/Amenity Bay.
Brookfield Properties, property owner and our client, can also promote
the “Green Garage Certification” in its marketing efforts to lease space in
the building.
