için, sunduğumuz ürünlerin mevsiminde ve yöresinden temin edilmesine özen

You should have a meal at Viento Hotel, because: All of our dishes, fries and
baked products, are cooked either with natural butter or with extra virgin
olive oil which is produced by traditional methods with stone-grinding
mills from olives in our own olive groves in Ayvalık and Seferihisar. Trans
fats and chemical added oils can never be accepted in our kitchen. We care
for our guests and therefore we place great importance to choosing fresh,
seasonal, local ingredients to be used in every dish we are offering.
Zeytinyağımız, Gödence köyündeki eski değirmende soğuk sıkım taş baskı
yöntemiyle sıkılmaktadır. Siyah zeytinimiz ve yeşil zeytinimiz Ayvalık’tan
gelir. Her yıl Kasım ayında toplanan zeytinler, yaklaşık 5 aylık sürede hiçbir
katkı maddesi kullanılmadan olgunlaştırılarak üretilmektedir. Peynirlerimiz
Bergama’dan, Karaburun’dan, Kars’tan ve Çorum yaylalarından temin edilir.
Reçellerimizi %100 pancar şekerinden ve doğal meyvelerden katkısız olarak
kendimiz üretiyoruz. Sebzelerimizi ise Alaçatı’daki yerel üreticilerden temin
ediyoruz.
Black and green olives served during breakfast come from our groves
in Ayvalik too. Every year olives are harvested in November and let to
ripening for five months without additives or chemicals. Varieties of cheese
that we use come from the local producers in Nazilli, Bergama, Kars and
Corum highlands. We produce our own jams using only a hundred percent
beetroot sugar and fresh seasonal fruits.
