been involved in some of Europe’s
largest development projects,
from planning to marketing and
communications.
Los Vientos Residences & Las Aguas,
The Los Vientos Beach Club provides
a further focal point for two further
phases of larger homes, following the
architectural precedent of Phase One,
Primavera, now sold out. It is projected
that Los Vientos will provide an
exclusive concierge service to these
clusters, the details of which are to
be finalised in time for the launch of
these phases in 2015.
The development cluster strategy offers
many advantages to the community.
It will create a ‘completed micro
neighborhood’ at the development’s
entrance, as all the homes within
Puerta Azul are being constructed
together. This will create a far greater
‘sense of arrival’ to residents and
visitors alike. To complete the vision,
Dekel is carrying out the final touches
to the hard and soft landscaping in
this area.

nodes together, allowing each to have
