This XIXth century château stands in 4 hectares of grounds in a wooded loop in the River Ill. Traditional Alsatian architecture with half-timbering, red sandstone from the Vosges, flowered balconies, a riverside terrace, combined with all modern amenities. 62 rooms with WIFI access, mini-bar, air-conditioning and flat screen. The green setting of the grounds creates a romantic atmosphere for your wedding. The hire charge for the Heydt room is 600 € for up to 59 adults. SALON ILL Dinner from 110 to 230 guests In this large 280 sqm reception room, you will be perfectly situated to enjoy a panoramic view over the 4 hectares of grounds surrounding the Château. Spacious, but intimate nonetheless, this room will live up to your wishes. The hire charge for the Ill room is 1500 € and includes the booking of 6 rooms and the hire of a dance floor. Because we know how much your wedding preparations mean to you, Déborah ANDRES will be your sole contact and will devote herself entirely to your plans, both beforehand and on the Big Day itself. Let her take care of everything in the unique setting of the Château de l’Ile. The date for your wedding is set. You have chosen the Château de l’Ile to celebrate that very special day. More than a year before • Draw up an estimative list of guests • Choose your menu • Book a few rooms for your guests To make a firm reservation, you will be asked for an advance of 20 % of the amount of the quotation. You will then be provided with a schedule of instalments. 6 months before • • Draw up the final guest list Try the menu you have chosen. Our head wine waiter will make suggestions for wines to go with the food • This is also the moment to book the music for the reception, a photographer, a car for the ceremony, florist… You will find a list in this brochure The Château will re-contact you for your second instalment. 2 to 3 months before • Appointment with Déborah to discuss the general organisation The Château will give you a statement of the instalments already paid and ask for a final payment. 3 weeks before • Begin to think about your table plan: the layout and number of tables, which guests to place at each table. You will be able to give each table a name. 15 days before • • • Last meeting with Déborah to check that all the arrangements are ready for the Big Day. Give her your final detailed table plan Confirm with her the timing of each intervention (preparation, decoration, photographer, speeches…) 3 days before • Confirm the final number of guests. It is this list that will be used for the final invoice. The Big Day... Concentrate on yourself, the Château de l’Ile will do the rest. Go from us...
