This year, the 12th annual Park Foundation Golf Classic
will raise funds to be used toward the Park District’s
Emerald Ash Borer Tree Replacement.
Monies raised from previous golf outings and fundraisers

• Lightning detection systems
• Trail markings at Lake Arlington
• Gator utility vehicle for Lake Arlington/SM/NKGC
• Memorial Park
• Fish for stocking Lake Arlington
• Pontoon paddle boat at Lake Arlington

CONTEST PACKAGE
$125 per golfer
Putting Contest, Betting Hole, and Mulligans
$15 – Package includes coupon for 3 Balls in Putting
Contest, $5 wager coupon for Betting Hole, and 2
Mulligans ($25 separate value).
Register before August 31, 2012 for
a special price of $400 per foursome.

FORMAT
Check in at 9 am. Foursomes will enjoy a
continental breakfast then tee off at 10:30 am.
Lunch will be served on the course.
You may purchase the Contest/Mulligan Package when
you register or at the check-in table.

Betting Hole
• We will have a designated Par 3 available for wagers on
your ability to hit the target on the green
• Cost - $5 per shot
Putting Contest
Three finalists will have the chance to one putt for all the
dough! Qualify to participate - pay $5 for one putt or $10
for three putts (no limit on attempts). Attempts can be
done prior to tee time or during the round.
Join us at the putting green around 4 pm to watch the
three finalists try to complete a 50-foot putt for $1,000.
