A new Premier Inn for Bridlington Premier Inn is seeking to invest approximately £8 million in a new 80 bedroom hotel and Brewers Fayre family restaurant in Bridlington. The proposed hotel and restaurant will occupy the current site of the Beaconsfield Car Park. Our Good Night Guarantee ensures we will take a proactive approach to managing the new hotel. Our plans include a separate access for deliveries. Premier Inn hotels require an average of two deliveries per day. Deliveries will be made during the day time to minimise disturbance to our guests and neighbours. Our plans include 80 car parking spaces, including 5 on-site disabled spaces. The hotel entrance will face onto the Promenade. Customer vehicles will enter the site from a new entrance on Albion Terrace Our plans include a dedicated service yard for our goods vehicles that will be accessed via the car park. The siting of the building protects the sea views and amenities of adjacent occupiers. The positioning of the building reinforces the building line along the sea front and provides some of the bedrooms with sea views. We have liaised closely with planning officers at East Riding of Yorkshire Council during the design process. All of the proposed building materials have been carefully chosen to complement the surrounding area. Our Bridlington hotel will provide 80 guest bedrooms as well as a 200 cover restaurant. You will not need to be a hotel guest to use the restaurant. The hotel will be family friendly and accessible. The hotel will have the latest specification Premier Inn bedroom, complete with our supportive Hypnos bed, flatscreen TV, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Wi-Fi will be free in the hotel and the reception will be staffed day and night. You will not need to be a guest to visit the Brewers Fayre restaurant.
