Harbor Real Estate was one of many reputable
property management firms that was invited to
provide a proposal for the management of the
portfolio of National Bonds Corporation at the
Skycourts project which included over 600 apartments
and 24 retail shops. Harbor won this exclusive
assignment after demonstrating insightful customer

Harbor managed to rent the entire portfolio of
National Bonds Corporation at Skycourts within a
record time of 4 months, during the worst market
conditions. Furthermore, Harbor Real Estate managed

In Q3 2014, Harbor Real Estate was appointed by Emirates
NBD to help in evaluating the potential of Barton House, a
dynamic luxury residential building located at the vibrant Dubai
MotorCity community. The Harbor team managed to identify an
institutional client that acquired the building within 15 days from
its appointment.
Harbor Real Estate managed the entire sale transaction
process and coordinated with all the relevant authorities and
utility service providers to complete the transaction within a
record time. Consequently, Harbor Real Estate was appinted
by the buyer's group to manage the entire building in order to
streamline its income generation operation while enriching its
value on the long run.

Exclusive Marketing and Leasing:
Burj Khalifa
The Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) engaged Harbor Real
Estate to lease floors 144 to 147 of the worlds tallest building,
the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The challenge facing Harbor was how to
optimize demand and maximize revenues for the Burj Khalifa in the
midst of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
Harbor devised a Marketing strategy with global reach resulting in
53 enquiries in the first 6 weeks of the campaign. A high level of
innovation was required to attract global interest as the economic
uncertainty at the time caused many potential clients to err on the
side of caution.
Negotiations with a global entity to lease the premises are ongoing
and nearing finalization.

National Properties
National Properties, a member company of the Investment
Corporation of Dubai (ICD) approached Harbor Real Estate to
identify opportunities for the generation of superior ROI by adding

Developers to exclusively market and lease its entire portfolio
within the Diamond Business Center project. Harbor's integrated

Murjan 4, Jumeirah Beach Residence
In 2012, Harbor Real Estate was appointed by the owners
of the Murjan 4 tower at JBR to develop strategic marketing
and leasing solutions to enable the launch of this impressive
property.
Harbor's innovative integrated communication campaign
helped set the foundation for the successful launch of this
iconic project. The project is at 80% occupancy up to date
and Harbor managed to attract Carrefour to rent 90% of
the retail space within the tower which is considered a

National Bonds Corporation appointed Harbor Real Estate to relocate its
offices from Emaar Business Park and Dubai Festival City and consolidate them
under a single corporate office in a strategic location.
Harbor was able to identify, negotiate and finalise the procurement of Grade A
office space for National Bonds Corporation within 1 month.
The long-term lease agreement encompassed a full floor complemented by retail
