To our valued Clients and Guest…..WELCOME!
Centennial Terrace is located in Sylvania, Ohio, just 15 minutes
west of Downtown Toledo and has become Northwest Ohio’s
premier outdoor concert and event venue. The facility is
centrally located to major Midwest cities such as : Chicago,
Detroit, Cleveland, and Columbus which gives it unique
accessibility.
Newly renovated in 2008, the facility plays hosts to several
Nation Acts, regional bands and local events during the summer
months. Centennial Terrace has been operated by the Sylvania
Recreation Corporation since 1994. The facility hosts crowds of
up to 3,500 for national act concerts and up to 4,500 for annual
Star Spangled fireworks display.

Centennial Terrace is located in beautiful Sylvania, Ohio, 10 minutes from Toledo,
Ohio.
Directions from Indianapolis:
North on I-69, merge onto I-469E/US-24 E exit 296A. Left onto US Highway 24 East,
merge onto East US-24 toward Toledo. Merge onto I-475/US-23 N toward Ann
Arbor. Take US-20/Central Ave, exit 13, turn left. Right onto Centennial Road,
facility on the left.

Food and Beverage
Centennial Terrace is equipped with its own concession department. We offer for
events of all sizes including: backstage catering, two permanent concession
buildings, six portable bars, private party catering.
Our Concessions Department offers a wide range of catering menu options that
can be tailored to help make your event a success. For more information, contact
Nancy at 419-266-3487.
Guest Drop Off Area
Guests with disabilities may be dropped off at either of the two entrances.
ATM
There is (1) ATM located at the concession stand next to the Men’s Restrooms
Banners and Signs
Any type of banner and/or sign must be approved by Centennial Terrace
Management. Guests may return any unauthorized banner or sign to their vehicle.
Lost and Found
Please report a lost item to one of our Event Team members. If you feel you have
left an item behind while attending one of our events, please call 419-882-1500.
Parking
There are numerous places to park. The main parking lot located on Centennial
Terrace property hold 430 vehicle.. There is also lots adjacent to the property that
a fee is associated.
Re-Entry Policy
The Centennial Terrace has a NO Re-Entry Policy. Once you leave our facility during
an event, you may not return under any circumstances. Exceptions are only made
in case of medical situations and emergencies.

Event Services
Chair Policy
The use of traditional “fold out” / “pop up” / “bag type” chairs is permitted. We
strongly recommend a standard size, single “bag” pop-up chair. Chairs with foot
rest, canopies, side tables, and other extras are not permitted. CT Management
reserves the right to decline entrance to patrons with chairs that are too big. All
chairs that are stored in a bag are subject to search.
Umbrella Policy
There will be no umbrellas allowed into the Centennial Terrace. There are ponchos
for purchase at every satellite bar and concession stand outlet.

Solicitation/Vending
The Centennial Terrace will not permit vending, soliciting or collecting
contributions of any purpose, or the distribution of promotional material on the
premises.
Smoking Policy
There are designated areas for smoking for all patrons and employees. This
includes vapor cigarettes and e- cigarettes.
Ticketing Policy
All guests entering through the gates must present a valid ticket as a means of
admission into all events. Ticket scalping on Centennial Terrace property is strictly
prohibited

Venue Specifications
Loading
There is one method for loading events into the Centennial Terrace. All loading is
in outdoor conditions. There are two loading bays that are connected to the stage
for easy loading. Please see Appendix A for specifications
Stage Specifications
Centennial Terrace’s stage is a fixed stage, covered, with floor dimensions of
39’ L x 84’ D x 33’ H . Please see Appendix B for specifications.

Novelty Sales
There is (1) one location in the back of the venue for all Novelty sales. Venue will
provide tables, chairs and (1) 10’x20’ covered pop up tent due to possible
inclement weather.
Spot Lights
Spotlights come from a third party production company. Lycian 1275 follow spots if
not brought by the tour itself.
Mix Position
The standard mix position is located 115’ from the DSE surrounded by Bike rack.

Rigging
There are a total of (30) thirty hook points. Each point is limited to 1000 pounds
each. All points must be dead hung and cannot be bridled. Please see Appendix C.

Dressing Rooms
Dressing rooms are located at stage level. There are two dressing rooms, a Star
dressing room and one that can be utilized as an additional star room or used by
the Tour Manager/Production. There is one restroom that can be shared between
the two rooms. All rooms are lockable and keys are available through Centennial
Terrace staff when ordered in advance. There is a wireless connection along with a
hard line internet connection in these rooms.

Pyro Requirements
If your show is exhibiting fireworks or flame effects there must be a state
licensed shooter and comply with Ohio Fire Code regulations. Contacting of the
local fire department will assist in permitting.

All open flame cooking is restricted to designated kitchen area only. All other
cooking/catering beyond these areas must be coordinated with CT
management and may require a temporary food service permit per ToledoLucas County Health Department.
Use of open flames (i.e. candles) must be coordinated with and approved by
CT Management Staff.
Flammable liquids/gases are not permitted in the building without prior
approval by CT Management and obtaining required permits and approval
from Sylvania Township Fire Department.
Use of pyrotechnics, compressed gases and other special effect must be
coordinated with and approved by CT Management, in addition to required
permits/approvals by STFD.
All power requirements must be coordinated with and approved by CT.
Outside equipment is subject to inspection and approval by CT.

Medical Personnel
Medical personnel are on duty during event hours. All accidents must be
reported to CT staff as soon as possible. First Aid or Emergency calls must be
placed through Event Operations. Call 419-705-8877 or CT radio channel 1.
Security
Centennial Terrace provides third party security services for guests and Tour
needs. Please keep us apprised of any concerns (i.e. audience members trying to
get on stage, demonstrations, VIP attendance, special assistance (ADA), etc.
Before the first rehearsal or load in for your event you will need to provide CT
Event Production with a list of all personnel or guests who will be permitted to
enter through the backstage or behind of house at anytime. If you plan to issue
credentials to your personnel, we will need a sample of all credentials for our
security staff. For day of event passes, our security staff will require a sample
pass board to control asses during the event.
Law Enforcement
Centennial Terrace is located in Sylvania Township and is patrolled by Sylvania
Township Police Department. Police may be contacted by dialing 911 for
emergency situations, or by calling (419) 882-2055
Public Relations
Centennial Terrace staff can help you with all PR activities. CT staff must be
aware of all on site press a minimum of 48 hours in advance. A complete list of
photographers and TV crew covering your show must be sent to the Operations
Manager two days prior to the show so that they can plan accordingly. Please be
advise that all TV crews shooting the venue must be NEWS crews. If any TV crews
intend to film or videotape any portion of your event in the venue and are not
part of a news organization , we must be notified in advance. All media will be
accompanied by a representative from your camp, as well as a CT representative.
All news crew’ equipment should be battery operated. Please contact the
Promoter or CT Operations Manager for any requests.

Any guest assistance needed or who has a question, concern or problem prior to
and/or after an event has taken place please contact the Operations Manager at
419-882-1500. Safety, quality service and an enjoyable experience are our top
priorities that we strive to provide to each guest during their visit to our facilities.

Ticket Office
Tickets to all events are sold at the Stranahan Box Office located at 4645
Heatherdowns Boulevard, Toledo, OH 43617, or etix.com.
Event Days:
Tickets can be purchased online at etix.com, Stranahan Box Office or one hour
prior to show time before the event starts.

Disabled Services
Centennial Terrace accommodates ADA seating, please call the box office at
419-381-8851 for additional information. Tickets holders are permitted to bring
their own equipment that is needed to all events. For any additional information
please contact 419-882-1500.
Hospitality
Centennial Terrace offers two private spaces for catering and hospitality based
on availability. Food and Beverage may be served in the dressing rooms or other
designated backstage areas. Crew dinner and hospitality may be arranged on an
event by event basis, please contact the Operations Manager or the Promoter for
additional information.
Sponsorship
Any outside sponsors that an event brings in must be approved by the Operations
Manager. All requirements requested should be communicated (5) days prior to
your event date.
Tour Catering
Centennial Terrace has an outside caterer that will accommodate all needs.
Outside caterers maybe used if a tour carries their own. Catering is located under
the Main Concession Stand.
