Advice to passengers: - useful phone numbers (embassies, lost property...), safety tips, timetables, translation of key phrases; - information about 23 must-see tourist attractions with pictures, descriptions, websites and telephone numbers. Travel and routes: - map of Paris and metro map; - route planner, to and from tourist attractions; - help with choosing the right ticket; - help with transfers to and from stations and airports; (pedestrian and/or bus route, distance, timings...). • Available in seven languages • Available from the Apple store and Google Play • Can be used with or without a network connection (without data roaming) • All public transport networks are in the app (metro, RER, tramway and bus) To and from Paris Airports Air France coaches The coaches provide a direct link between Paris and Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. There are five stops within the city: Étoile/Champs-Élysées, Porte Maillot, Invalides, Gare de Lyon and Gare Montparnasse. The service operates 7 days a week from 5am to 11pm with departures every 20 to 30 min. Air France coaches are a practical, comfortable and safe solution, open to all passengers and all airlines. Tracing Napoleon’s path Paris Region boasts many souvenirs of Napoleon I and the Napoleonic Empire. For the bicentenary of the French Campaign and the Battle of Paris, the region invites visitors to follow in the footsteps of the French Emperor (1804 - 1814 and 1815). Imperial residence at Fontainebleau Napoleon considered the Château de Fontainebleau to be “the true home of kings, the house of ages”. Commissions from Bonaparte from 1800 onwards ensured his official position.
