INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of the 2012-13 Season along with Head Coach Derrick Schoof participated in a weekend retreat to develop a strategic plan to carry Edmonton Keyano Swim Club through to the next Olympic year. BACKGROUND With one year of coaching with the Edmonton Keyano Swim Club behind him, Head Coach Derrick Schoof has a clear vision of where The Bears are today and where he envisions our future. With these goals as our desired outcome, a strategic plan for 2012-2016 was developed to ensure a strong support system with clearly outlined tasks and responsibilities for the Edmonton Keyano Board members to be guided by.
