Brass Indicator Covers
The D1732E-B indicator cover is
designed to protect the packing gland
in areas where the standard vinyl
indicator cover will not suffice.
It is constructed of solid brass and
features a ridged top that enables
easy removal.
To install, first remove the existing
vinyl indicator cover. Place the
brass indicator cover over the packing gland and press down until the
brass indicator cover reaches the
hex on the bottom of the packing
gland.

Dyna-Power’s DRV32 is a hydraulically actuated reversing
valve that is used to alternate between two lubrication
supply lines in a dual line lubrication system. Reversal of
pressure and relief lines is driven by lubricant pressure
acting directly on the valve. The pressure is adjustable
by means of a top mounted screw. We recommend the
use of a pressure gauge for accurate adjustment.
NOTE: This valve is intended to be used in end of line
systems and is NOT intended for short loop systems.

The RVE2 is an electrically operated dual solenoid
reversing valve. This valve, in conjuction with (2)
pressure switches (ordered separately), is used
primarily to alternate lubricant supply between two
lines in a dual line lubrication system. PLC or remote
operation is required. The RVE2 comes with a DO5
subplate, standard.

INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION : REFILL THROUGH THE
FITTING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE
PUMP ONLY. USE CLEAN GREASE
ONLY- CONTAMINANTS WILL DAMAGE
THE PUMP AND THE LUBRICATED
BEARING.
1. Push the reversing valve knob all the way in.
2. Operate the pump handle back and forth until
system working pressure is reached. (This is
indicated by the change in position of all
indicator pins on the metering valves.)
3. Hold this pressure for about a minute to make
sure the grease is distributed.
4. Pull the reversing valve knob all the way out
and repeat steps 2. and 3. This relieves the first
line and pressurizes the second (causing the
indicator pins to move in the opposite direction)
5. Push the reversing valve knob all the way in.
This relieves line pressure.
You have completed the lubrication cycle.
All indicator pins have changed twice and are
now in the original position. The reversing valve
knob is all the way in. The pump is ready for
the next lubrication cycle.

In a dual line system, lubricant is directed from the pump alternately into one of two supply lines by means of a flow directional
valve, controlled via the directional knob located on the pump.

The DMP Manual Pump is a compact and reliable way of delivering lubricant. Manual pumps are most effective in
applications that require relatively infrequent lubrication and
have a low number of lubrication points. These pumps consist
of a double-acting piston and a quick-fill fitting that allows for
convenient filling of the reservoir.

This rotary pump is a good pump for dispensing light oils and
lubricants. This pump delivers approximately 7gpm. This pump
has an adjustable 2 in. npt bung mounting to allow use with

Priming Piston -Grease
These pumps, manufactured by Graco, have either a 7” or 10” air
motors, are heavy duty, and will perform well in your drum or ram
system. Their lightweight aluminum contsruction make them
corrosion resistant. They also feature an in-line air valve assembly
to allow for rapid changeover and reduced pulsation and a large
shroud to diffuse exhaust downward--making them relatively quiet.

The Grizzly central station is a perfect midsize automatic lubricating station for heavy
industrial applications. The Grizzly is best
applied in single or dual systems that do
not exceed 100’ header length or exceed
150 lubrication points. For information on

The Dyna-Power portable lube system is essentially a
central lubrication station on wheels. It contains all the
elements of a standard dual line system and is an ideal
back-up for your regular, fixed systems. It is also
ideal for interimlubrication while your system is being

1. These fittings come preassembled so there
is no need for disassembly prior to installation.
Note: Should component assembly be
required,take extreme caution to assure that
the ferrules are in the proper direction and
sequence. See Fig.A
3. Tighten the nut as much as possible by
hand. (finger tight)
2. To install, simply insert tubing into tube fitting. Make sure the cut end of the tubing rests
firmly against the shoulder of the stop. Note:
Tubing ends should be free of burrs and
relatively square. We strongly recommend
the use of tube cutters wherever practical.
4. Secure the fitting body by holding its
hex with a wrench and tighten the nut
with another wrench an additional 3/4
turn for sizes 1/16” through 3/16” and
1-1/4 turn for sizes 1/4” though 1”.
