OPTION ■ Option List of Traverse Robot (Excerpt) ●Additional gripper (two - four) Max. 4 circuits of part grippers can be installed. A circuit is standard. ●Additional ejector (two - four) Max. 4 circuits of vacuum ejectors can be installed. A circuit is standard. ●EOAT nipper A circuit of a nipper to cut a sprue in EOAT. ●TA waiting nipper A set of circuit and stay for a traverse end nipper. ●Wrist rotation A wrist rotation mechanism can be mounted on EOAT to rotate parts. ●Traverse stanchion A stanchion can be installed for extended traverse beam and stability of smaller presses. ●Conveyor signal A metal connector to interface with Harmo's conveyor. ●Filling system signal A metal connector to interface with Harmo's filling system. ●Indicator Light (R) A signal light to show robot status. ●Indicator Light (R,Y,G) A three-color signal light to show robot status. ●T-BEAM Program This program is to maintain the wrist or Y position when passing above mold to release sprues from the T-BEAM side. ●EOAT quick changer A mechanism to attach and detach EOAT quickly. ●Pressure monitor A device to monitor air pressure to issue alert at low pressure. ●Air blow (excluding software) An air blow system to remove micro parts from a mold. ●USB flash memory An external memory to store mold setup data. *This brochure is subject to change without notice.
