Accelerating the Next Wave of Digital Transformation
This special 10th anniversary event will focus on how organizations can embrace digital
disruption and become a high velocity enterprise—agile, connected and optimized—
to outperform the competition.
Evolving digital capabilities—including social, mobile, analytics

frontiers. Companies must navigate continual change and move
with increasing speed if they are to grow revenue and protect
their market position.
Today’s most prominent business and thought leaders will
convene to share insights and their personal stories on how
they are embracing digital and disrupting their industries—
changing the way people live, work and play.
Our goal is that you leave the conference with new
perspectives and innovative ideas to give your organization
a competitive edge.

Open Time for Networking
Networking at the Leadership Council
A cornerstone of the Accenture Oracle Leadership
Council is the one-to-one networking between
conference participants. With that in mind, Tuesday
afternoon is reserved for recreation, allowing for a
casual time of interaction and exchange.
Attendees are welcome to bring a spouse or adult guest to
the event. Guests are invited to all evening activities and
recreational activities.
Tuesday Networking Activities:
Enjoy the Best Golf Experience
in South Florida
Originally designed by Robert Trent
Jones, Sr., Turnberry Isle’s 18-hole
championship courses have been
re-interpreted by golf icon Raymond
Floyd. With contoured fairways, clever
doglegs, rolling greens, perfectly carved
bunkers, strategically placed water
features and a variety of elevation
changes to challenge and enthrall
casual golfers and enthusiasts alike,
Turnberry Isle Golf Club is a showcase
of the best in Florida golf.
Catamaran Sailing
Experience some of the best sailing
waters along the east coast on board
a sleek 65’ ocean-racing catamaran,
the largest and fastest charter sailing
vessels in South Florida. Spend the
afternoon relaxing while enjoying views
of the spectacular exclusive waterfront
homes before heading out into the open
ocean. The yacht features a covered bar
and lounge area. Deep-sea Sport Fishing
The waters of South Florida are known
to provide some of the best and most
exciting game fishing in the world.
The Gulf Stream delivers warm, tropical
water teeming with a wide variety
of exotic fish—yellowtail snapper,
amberjack, and grouper. The captain and
mate will assist in creating an exciting
and memorable experience for everyone.
Cooking with Michael Mina
Michelin award-winning chef and
restaurateur Michael Mina will be
preparing a fusion of flavors with some
of his favorite recipes. You’ll learn
secrets, ask questions, and enjoy a oncein-a-lifetime experience in the stunning
dining room of Bourbon Steak, a
Michael Mina restaurant, while tasting
the Master Sommelier recommended
wine pairings. Space is limited.
Biking at Oleta State Park
Oleta State Park has miles of on- and
off-road bicycling trails, ranging from
novice trails to challenging rides
for experienced cyclists. This guided
tour will take guests through native
hammock trails where a beautiful
mangrove forest preserves native South
Florida plants and wildlife against a
backdrop of high rise condominiums
lining the nearby beaches.
