We are pleased to announce
the arrival of the latest state
of the art digital laser guns for
the ultimate outdoor adventure
experience for all ages from 8
upwards, using high tech infra red
laser technology you will play in a
safe environment without the use
of goggles or safety equipment,
no projectiles nor bruises for an
adrenaline filled day.
Each player is given an easy to use
laser tag gun, which plays futuristic
sound effects. Pinpoint accuracy
up to 300 meters with harmless
infra red beams. Points are scored
when you successfully zap the
opposition with one of the sensors
located on the gun. You will lose
points yourself if you are hit by an
opponent’s laser. There are many
game variations from simple games
to more advanced and complex
games for small and large teams
alike.
Whilst charging through woodland
and undergrowth, you will be
given various realistic objectives in
each game, all with different game
scenarios and props. The guns you
will use are so advanced they are
used to train the armed forces,
the Infra red technology has been
developed allowing pin point
accuracy to over 300 metres.
Laser tag has been developed
taking the best of paintball,
computer games, and indoor laser/
quasar to create a totally mind
blowing new outdoor experience.

Unlike any other forms of laser
sport such as quasar or similar
games, at Taskforce you won’t have
the restriction of dark indoor
settings, just pure adrenaline
outdoor fun.

Take the M4 to junction 35 and
follow the A473 towards Bridgend,
at the third roundabout take the
A48 towards Cowbridge, continue
through the 50 mile an hour
limit and staggered crossroads at
Pentre Meyrick, the road drops
down a hill at the bottom of the
hill take a left hand turning (brown
tourism signs are on this junction
to Taskforce) the entrance to the
site is the first gate on the right
hand side. Travel along the stone
track to the car park where a
Taskforce representative will meet
you. If the car park is unattended
do not enter the woodlands
without goggles on as games may
be in progress.
FROM CARDIFF
From the M4 junction 33, take
the A4232 and leave at the first
junction (Culverhouse Cross
Roundabout) take the A48
towards Cowbridge. Go through
St Nicholas, Bonvilston and St
Hillary and join the Cowbridge
by pass (only major bypass on
this road). At the end of the
Cowbridge by pass take the first
turning right, the entrance to the
site is the first gate on the right
hand side.
