DSP told me lungan from a OKT (suspect) named Sirual Azhar bin hajji omar.
The suspect was brought to me and I requested that his cuffs be removed. I
later spoke to him and found that he was proficient in the malay language.. I
also discovered that he was in a healthy state of mind. I read the charges
to him later.
And I told him that it was my duty to warn him that he didn't have to make
any statement or answer any of my questions

A: As a member of the UTK, I don't remember if it was on the 5th or 6th day
before 19 October 2006 as I was in my office I received a phone call from
Tuan Azilah [TAl my immediate officer requesting me to see him in Central
Market. But I could not see him at that time as I was with Tuan
Khairy/driving for Tuan Khairy.
At that time I was bringing Tuan Khairy to get to buy a hamper in Selayang
and Batu Caves. During the joumey I received another call around 12:00 PM
from TA asking me where I was and I told TA I would be late as I was
bringing an officer and I would see him as soon as I completed my work and I
would call him
At about 3:00 pm I sent this officer to Bukit Aman. TA phoned me again and
when he called me I had already finished sending this officer to Bukit Aman
and TA asked me to meet him again to meet him in Central Market.
1At about 3.15 pm lwent to see TA in Central Market. When I met him he asked
,' me to observe the Hotel Malaya where a certain woman who was disturbing an
influential businessman was livinglstaying
At the same time TA told me that there were three women staying in a room on
the 8th floor.

Later TAand lgot into a Satria license plate WEA4717 and we tried to
locate the Hotel Malaya. On the way to the hotel TA told me that there
would be 50 to 100 thousand Ringgit for us if we managed to solve this case
but we could not find the hotel despite looking for it for some time.
After not finding the hotel we returned to the Central Market. TA asked an
artist who was in Central Market where the hotel Malaya was. The artist then
drew a map/sketch highlighting where the hotel was located for TA.
Both TA and I walked to Hotel Malaya and we arrived around 4:00 PM.
When we arrived at the hotel TA asked me to go up to 8th floor with him. He
showed me the room where the girl who was disturbing Razak was staying.
When we were on the 8th floor TA asked me to contain or observe the 3 women
in the room by taking a room rather on the 7th or 8th floor and all costs of
staying there would be paid by him.
I
told him I was not able to do it bec of the presence of CCTVs in the
hotel.
After that TA went down to the 7th floor to try and get me a room. After
seeing the room which I found was not right both me and TA returned to the
Central Market.
When we arrived at Central Market TA instructed me to use my car to visit
Razak's residence. At about 4:30 PM both me and TA arrived at Razak's
residence and both of us took a drive around his residence and TA showed me
his exact home.
I then drove my car and waited in a petrol station near Puduraya and TA
filld my tank with 30RM of petrol. After fllling my tank both TA and I drove
to Razaks'house in Damansara Heights.
After seeing Razak's home both TA and I went to Central Market to pick up
his car. After dropping TA at Central Market I returned to UTK office at
Bukit Aman. After that I did not contact TA again.
On 19 October 2006 at around 8:30 PM when lwas at my home in Kota
Damansara
TA called me on my handphone and asked me to come to Razak's home
immediately. TA told me the Chinese woman was causing a commotion in front
of Razak's home.

f g October 2006 I got ready and took my jeep
registrattornuffib€r CAC 1883 and drove to Razakr's house in Damansara
Heights.

When I arrived in Damansara Heights I drove in front and stopped my jeep a
little distance away from Razak's house.
then walked towards Razak's house. When I arrived in front of Razak's home
I saw TA with a Malay women in front of Razak'$ home. TA was outside his car
and the Malay woman was inside the car.

I also saw a chinese woman talking with an lndian man who I did not
recognise and also a Chinese taxi driver who was in his taxi together with
the security guard in Razak's home.

I got into the red Proton wira and sat next to the driver. While I was in
the car I saw TA asking the Chinese women to get into the red Proton Wira
Aeroback that I was sitting in and she was helped by the Malay woman.
The Chinese woman got into the car and sat behind me and the Malay woman got
into the car and sat behind TAwho was driving.
When I and TA and Chinese woman and the Malay woman were in the car the
Chinese taxi driver approached us and asked for taxi fare from the Chinese
woman. TA gave the taxi driver RM 50 but the Chinese taxi driver said he was
driving quite a bit and asked for 150 from TA and then TA gave RM100 to
Chinese taxi driver.

After this TA drove the red car towards my jeep. When we arrived at my jeep
I got out of car and drove the jeep. we drove out of Damansara Heightstowards Kuala Lumpur. While on the way TA called me on my phone and asked
me where he could transfer the Chinese girl into my jeep and I said we'll
find a place later.
when we arrived in Jalan Duta I stopped my jeep on the side of the road, got
out of my jeep and asked TA if we could transfer the Chinese girl to my jeep
here. TA said this is not an appropriate place and he suggested to me that
we go to Bukit Aman..
Aman followed by TA and I arrived at Bukit Aman
10:00 PM.
When I arrived I stopped the car behind the officers mess and TA together
with the Malay woman brought the Chinese woman to my jeep and I saw that the
condition of the Chinese woman as if she didn't want to get into my jeep but
she was pushed into it by TA from the back.
When the Chine$e woman got into my jeep TA also got into my jeep and sat at
the back and I drove the jeep out of Bukit Aman and was followed by the red
'Proton wira Aeroback that was driven by the Malay woman.
When we got to the gate of Bukit Aman I did not see the red Proton Aeroback
that was being driven by the Malay woman.
p1 thg,way to Bukit Aman TAasked me to find a place to contain the Chinese
lady. While on the way to Jalan Duta I discovered that the tire on the left
rear tire of my jeep had punctured and I drove into the Smart Tag tane and
stopped on the left hand side to change the tire.
whilst I was changing my tire I saw two officers of the road transport
department on duty and I continued to change my tire helped by TA.
Itt_"t changing the tire I drove the jeep to Kota Damansara towards my home
to take the explosiuves that I had kept in my home. After I had taken the
explosiuves I left my home and got into the jeep and we drove towards Sungai
Bolo{Kua-la $e\angor and we arrived in a forest area in Punchak Alam at
abo(t 11:00 pM. ,r
ln Punchak Alam I stopped my jeep. When I stopped my jeep I felt my stomach
upset and I got off my jeep and took a crap in a location not far from ihe
jeep. After crapping I went back to my jeep and at the same time I saw TA
waiting outside the jeep with a bag containing of MP5 and silencer from the
jeep that was placed near his foot. And then he gave me the bag and
instructed me to contain the chinese woman who was in jeep.
We then asked the Chinese woman for all her belongings and after she had
given all her belongs including her jewelry she then asked if she could ease
herself and and TA asked the woman to get down and I saw the woman pee by
the side of the jeep.

stuff in the black bag TA saw the Chinese woman's hand moriing and then he
asked me to.shoot her again. So I shot her twice but the bullets-did not go
off. I emptied my gun and put in new bullets and then shot once to left oT
her head and then I took the black bag with TA and put all her clothes in it
to prevent blood from flowing [unclear]
then held the victims hands and TA and held her feet and we carried her
into the jungle. Then TA took a bag that csntained explosives and he gave
them to me and I took the explosives and placed it on her head whib fA

placed it in her legs and on her aMomen.
TA then pulled the wire to the jeep and I moved the jeep further away facing
outwards 15 meters away from the victim.
After the explosion I pulled the wires to the jeep and then drove the jeep
to Bukit Aman.
We arrived about 12:00 AM. At the UTK office TAgave me about 430 RM. Afte
that I had a bath, changed my clothes and wore new clothes and the clothes
that I wore during the time of the incident I put them with the victims
clothes in the black plastic bag.
got into the jeep and drove the jeep around Bukit Aman area and threw it
into the bin. Some of the victims belongings including the wire that was
used for the explosion plus an empty bag that was filled with the
explosives.

After I threw all this stuff I drove my jeep from Bukit Aman towards my home
in Kota Damasara. On the way I threw the victim's clothes and my clothes
along the way.
I arrived home at 1 AM and rested and slept. After that I did not contact
TA until I was recalled from Pakistan and placed in custody.
