of a lifetime!
This Welcome Aboard package has everything you need to make sure your time with us is
exactly what you’ve been planning, so please review carefully…we don’t want you to miss a
thing. In addition to the information contained in this document, once aboard, you will also
receive The Daily Program, delivered directly to your stateroom each evening of the cruise,
which will give you a summary of all bar hours, meal hours and other important information
you may need to know each day.
Your Def Leppard Cruise staff will be with you every step of the way to make your stay
aboard the MSC Divina is as comfortable as possible, so come by and see us at the
Hospitality Desk (located on Deck 6, Midship, starboard between the Silver Lounge and the
Black Crab Restaurant) during our posted hours. You are now an Official Member of the Def

Getting Your Sea Legs
Your MSC Cruise Card
Your MSC Cruise card serves as your onboard charge card. You will use your MSC Cruise
Card to pay for everything you purchase aboard the ship such as beverages, duty-free
items, spa services, shore excursions, etc. You are not able to use personal credit cards or
cash to pay for these items onboard. During the check-in process you will need to submit a
credit card to be used for any onboard purchases. If you prefer, a cash deposit of $150 per
person
or
$250
per
cabin
may
be
submitted
once
on
board
at
the
Guest
Services/Reception Desk. If you do not submit a credit card or a cash deposit, you will not
be able to make onboard purchases with your Cruise Card.
See the Guest
Services/Reception Desk on Deck 5 if you have any questions or need assistance.
The MSC Cruise Card is also used to turn on the lights in your cabin, and it is your form of ID
as you go on and off the ship. You will need to carry this card with you at ALL times. If you
lose your card, please contact Guest Reception (Deck 5, Midship) immediately to get a new
one. Keep your card away from water and cell phones as it can get demagnetized and stop
working.
IMPORTANT – You will NOT be able to use your MSC Cruise Card to purchase Def Leppard
Cruise event merchandise. Merchandise may be purchased using personal credit cards and
cash only. Cash may be obtained via the casino cashier's cage (please check with cashier
regarding any applicable fees).
2
Your Cabin
Upon boarding the ship, cabins may still be in the process of being cleaned and not ready
for our guests. In that event, we suggest you go down to the luggage drop off on deck 5 to
store any luggage that may be awkward or heavy. At that point, you are free to grab a bite
to eat up on Deck 14 at the buffet. Once your cabin is available, you can retrieve your
luggage and head to your cabin.
Upon entering your cabin, you will need to insert your MSC Card into the slot near the light
switch. This will allow the lights to turn on and will let your cabin steward know when you
are in or out of your stateroom. Your stateroom is equipped with both the European voltage
plug and a US voltage plug. Please be sure to review all of the documents and information
in your cabin once on board, as well as the documents that will be delivered to your cabin
daily throughout the cruise.
Take a few minutes to freshen up, drop off your carry on luggage and prepare to spend
some time exploring. Also, pick up the daily activity sheet and a ship’s map to make it easier
to navigate. While in your cabin, be sure to look it over to make sure everything is in order as
well. If your beds are not configured correctly, (i.e. you have 2 twin beds and would like the
2 beds to be one), please call 99 on your cabin telephone to inform them that they need to
have the beds put together or taken apart. If you need additional pillows or towels, again,
please call 99 to have them deliver the additional items for you. Please remember that on
embarkation day the cruise staff is very busy loading passengers, luggage, and getting
ready for our events and therefore your requests may not fulfilled until later in the evening.
The MSC Daily Program should be waiting for you in your cabin, providing complete
information on the day’s events including concert performances, activities, restaurant hours,
bar hours and more!
By the way, the MSC Daily Program will be delivered to your
stateroom each evening with all of the information you will need for the next day.
3
Top, Down Tour
Are you ready for the tour? It’s time for the self-guided tour using the ship’s map you
picked up earlier. If you don’t have a map, simply walk to the upper most deck on the ship,
follow the maps you will find in the stairwells, and work your way down. In the upper levels
you will generally find public areas like pools, pool bars, spas, gym, sports courts/features,
deck relaxation areas, buffets, specialty restaurants, observation bars, dance club,
children/teen areas and more. Down lower in the entertainment decks, you will find an
array of bars, clubs and lounges featuring wines, specialty drinks and music. In addition you
can visit the main dining rooms, more specialty restaurants, main showroom/theater, coffee
bars, shopping mall, Information Desk, Shore Excursion Desk and many additional
entertainment features. Although we hope you will never need it, you will normally find the
ship’s medical center on deck 4. Please check with ship’s Information Desk for regular hours
and emergency services.
Reserve Shore Excursions
If you have not previously made your shore excursion reservations, it is a good idea to visit
the Excursion Desk (located on deck 6, Midship, port side near the Silver lounge) early to
make sure you get the tours you desire. Normally the desks are open at embarkation, but,
in some cases you may have to return during the hours posted. Hopefully, you have done
your homework on the ports we will be visiting and know what you want to see and do.
Talk over your plans and preferences with the Shore Excursion Agents to determine what
choices are best for your party. Don’t forget to discuss all health; mobility or age (children
and elderly) constraints so you book excursions that are within your group’s capabilities.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT BOOK SHORE EXCURSIONS THAT CONFLICT WITH DEF
LEPPARD CRUISE EVENTS YOU WISH TO ATTEND AS MSC WILL NOT ALLOW REFUNDS.
4
Confirm/Reserve Spa/Fitness/Beauty Reservations
Today’s cruise ships feature some of the most complete and beautiful spa/fitness/beauty
facilities in the world, land or sea. During your tour of the ship, check them out and make
your appointments early so you won’t be disappointed. Also, be aware that for the Def
Leppard Cruise the port days are the busiest so those reservations will go the quickest. Be
advised that “no shows” will typically be charged so ask about cancellation policies.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT BOOK SPA/BEAUTY SERVICES THAT CONFLICT WITH DEF
LEPPARD CRUISE EVENTS YOU WISH TO ATTEND AS MSC MAY NOT ALLOW REFUNDS.
Register Your Children
It’s a great chance for kids to meet other children and to have their own fun when they
aren’t hanging with mom and dad. Make sure you take them to the children/teen clubs
early so you can get all the details on hours and services and get them registered. We find
that early introduction makes it easier for the kids to become comfortable, especially the
shy ones!
You Deserve a Break!
Congratulations! You’ve already had a busy day, but the extra effort and preparation will
make it smooth sailing the rest of your cruise. Find your favorite new “watering hole” and
relax a bit with a refreshing adult beverage.
Organize Your Stateroom
Upon returning to you cabin, you may have received your checked luggage. If so, take the
time to unpack and get organized before your evening out. Remember, there are lots of
bags to distribute so please be patient; it may take until late evening to get all the bags
delivered.
5
Cleaning/Pressing
If you need anything pressed for the next couple of days, contact your room steward to pick
up your garments so they are back in time. Try to stay ahead of the schedule by requesting
future laundry and dry cleaning service requirements early. Please note: There is an
additional fee for this service.
Life Boat Drill
The Life Boat Drill or Muster Drill is a compulsory drill that all passengers must participate in
prior to sailing. When you hear the announcement and the alarm, please go to your cabin,
pick up your life vest and proceed to your Muster Station (usually printed on the life vest or
on inside of cabin door). Ship’s personnel will guide and instruct you on procedures in the
unlikely case of an emergency. This is for your safety, so make sure that you participate. By
the way, if you have younger children, please request toddler vests from your Room
Steward or ship’s personnel.
Wash Your Hands
Today’s modern cruise ships are among the most spotless hotels in the world (floating or
land based) and adhere to high levels of sanitation control and cleanliness. As is the case in
any public space, hotel or cruise ship, it is important to wash your hands regularly. Many
ships provide hand sanitizer dispensers at locations throughout the ship so make sure that
you and your party keep your hands sanitized often.

own personal laptop, cell phone or tablet. All cabins come equipped with WiFi. In addition,
there are WiFi locations throughout the entire ship. In order to access the Internet, you will
need to purchase an Internet package (see pricing below). Internet access is based on a
shared satellite bandwidth and guests may experience slower connections during peak
hours.
If you use your laptop you will need to purchase an Internet package.
Internet Rates on board (subject to change) are:
60 Minutes:
$29.90
480 Minutes: $149.90
100 Minutes: $44.90
300 Minutes: $99.90

Please Note: You save up to 50% by pre-paying for your package before you sail.
MSC Divina Traveller App – Connect to other guests for free!
MSC is dedicated to using the latest technological advancements to continually improve
levels of service and the latest example of this is the MSC Divina Traveler Web App, a new
app designed to enhance the mobile experience of guests enjoying the MSC Divina.
Completely free to download and to use on board while the ship is sailing, the app is
available in six official languages (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and
Spanish) and provides guests with up-to-date information about the ship, route, conditions
at sea and in ports of call, promotions in the ship’s various shops and boutiques, as well as
activities and special events on board. Travelers can even update their agendas with the
events they cannot miss!
8
The app also allows users to reserve a wide range of services on board, from booking a
table in the one of the specialty restaurants, Eataly Steakhouse and Ristorante Italia, to
saving a seat on popular shore excursions, without having to queue up at the excursion
desk.
The best part is, guests can use the app to chat with people they are traveling with, find new
friends during their cruise, share their cruise experience with other connected passengers,
and check-in and check-out of the various public spaces on board. It’s a way to stay in
touch with other passengers on board without having to pay crazy fees to text.
The MSC Divina Traveller App is only accessible on board the ship, not something you
download ahead of time. You don't need to purchase a WiFi package to access and it is
completely free. To access the app, just open up a web browser on your smartphone or
tablet and you will be prompted to login with your Internet ID that can be found on your
cruise card. Since this is a web-based app, it works on both Apple and Android devices once
connected to the ship's WiFi (at no charge).
Cell Phone Service
Yes, your cell phone may work, sometimes even while at sea. However, please note that
international roaming charges will apply. Contact your cell service provider for rates. It may
also be in your best interest to add international service for one (1) month and then remove it
– AT&T recommends this service.
GSM (satellite) coverage will be available whenever the ship enters international waters,
allowing you to make and receive telephone calls and send and receive SMSs. The cost of
the calls is determined by your mobile phone provider’s applicable rates; you will be
charged directly by your mobile provider for the calls and SMSs. For further information
please refer to your mobile phone provider under the section Maritime Roaming in order to
verify if there are any commercial agreements with TIM/Telecom Italia and relative costs.

Entertainment
Music Stages
Guests will have the opportunity to see all of our artists perform at least once, and in many
cases will be able to see artists perform twice. Similar to a festival, performances will take
place on multiple stages throughout the ship at varying times, with some performances
taking place in venues where capacity is limited. For shows held in the Pantheon Theatre,
seating will be assigned and you will find your seat number on your Def Leppard Cruise
credentials that you pickup in the Black & White Lounge after you have boarded the ship on
Thursday, January 21st . For all other venues, reserved seating/areas will be available for
VIP Guests; otherwise are general admission. Schedule is subject to change and we will
keep the schedule up to date on board throughout the cruise if there are any changes.

Onboard Policies/Guidelines
Smoking Policy
Passengers acknowledge that MSC has introduced throughout its fleet a “Clean Air” Policy,
which will allow both smokers and non-smokers to enjoy their vacations on board in mutual
respect. Smoking is permitted in several bars on the ship, and on one side (indicated by
signage) of the principal outdoor pool deck areas, where ashtrays are provided. Passengers
may also smoke outside in designated areas. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in cabins or
on cabin balconies, as it is a safety hazard. The remainder of the ship is therefore totally
smoke-free, for the benefit of non-smokers. Passengers agree to comply with this policy
and further acknowledge that any violation of this policy could result in disembarkation
from the vessel, as well as fines levied by MSC. In such cases OTB and MSC shall not be
liable for damages, refund or other compensation, including travel costs or any other claim
as a result of such behavior.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the Main Theatre; nor on any private guest balconys.
Smoking is ONLY permitted in the following area(s):
• Cigar Lounge Deck 6
• Decks 14 & 15 (midship, starboard side only) – All smoking areas will be
designated and will be away from all bars and food areas.
• Yacht Club Deck 18 (portside only)
• The Casino has been designated as non-smoking, but at the discretion of the
casino manager, smoking will be occasionally allowed for playing guests, during
certain hours and in limited areas that will be clearly designated as “smoking
permitted”.
12
Alcohol Policy
MSC Cruises does not permit its passengers to bring any food or beverage on board.
Alcoholic beverages will not be sold or served to anyone under the age of 21. Def Leppard
Cruise and MSC Cruises reserve the right to refuse the sale or distribution of alcoholic
beverages to anyone. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the ship's gift shops, or in ports of
call will be retained by MSC Cruises until the completion of the cruise.
Gratuity Guidelines
Gratuities for your room steward and dining staff are additional and will be automatically
added to your onboard account. The charge may be listed as a daily service charge of $12
per person. However, a 15% bar service charge is automatically added to all purchases.
Additional tipping is not required. However, if you feel that you have received excellent
service from your room steward or dining staff, please feel free to tip them directly.
Video, Audio & Photo Policy
Guests will be permitted to take personal photos on board the cruise and during
performances. However, out of respect for our performers, NO detachable lens cameras,
NO flash photography, and NO video will be permitted during any shows during the cruise.
Professional quality cameras and video specific cameras are strictly prohibited. We
appreciate your cooperation!
13
Videotaping Waiver
Please be aware that a professional video crew will be on board shooting footage to be
used for the promotion of future On The Blue Cruise events. When the video team is
shooting in any particular location/venue on the ship, your presence in said location/venue
acknowledges your permission for your likeness to be used in future, non-commercial
broadcast promotional videos or still pictures. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify
the video crew and be prepared to exit the location/venue for a short time until taping is
complete. Thank you for your cooperation.
Passenger Code of Conduct: ZERO TOLERENCE POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTE FROM DEF Leppard and On The Blue: Due to the behavior
exhibited on several other charters on MSC, we will be under scrutiny in 2016
regarding use of illegal substances, violent acts (between passengers/spousal),
destructive acts to the ship and other behavior detrimental to crew and passengers.
The On the Blue/Def Leppard Cruise family has shown respect for the crew,
passengers and to our beautiful Divina in the past and we encourage you join us in
keeping it that way. Let’s have a great time as we continue our unblemished record
of good behavior. Thanks!
Guest Behavior
On the Blue (“OTB”) and MSC Cruises (“MSC”) have adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy and will
not permit behavior by any Def Leppard Cruise Passenger (“Passengers”) which negatively
impacts the comfort, enjoyment, health, safety or well being of other Passengers, its’
performers and staff or the ship’s crew. In addition, violent, abusive or disrespectful behavior
caused by the use of alcohol and/or an illegal substance shall not be tolerated. Passengers
agree to comply with this policy, and further acknowledge that OTB and MSC reserve the
right to refuse or discontinue passage to any Passenger who, in OTB or MSC’s sole
14
judgment, is conducting himself or herself in a manner that adversely affects the cruise
experience of other Passengers. This also includes spousal abuse or violence directed at a
family member. In all cases, OTB and MSC shall not be liable for any damages, refund or
other compensation, including travel costs or any other claim as a result of such behavior.
Illegal Substances
OTB and MSC have a “Zero Tolerance” policy regarding the use, possession or distribution
of any and all illegal controlled substances by Passengers aboard the ship. All passengers
must agree to comply with this policy, and further acknowledge that any violation of this
policy will result in disembarkation from the vessel, and all passengers acknowledge that it
is OTB and MSC’s policy to report incidents of illegal activity or behavior to the appropriate
law enforcement authorities for appropriate legal action. In such cases OTB and MSC shall
not be liable for any damages, refund or other compensation, including travel costs or any
other claim as a result of such behavior.
Intentional Damage To The Vessel
OTB and MSC have a “Zero Tolerance” policy regarding intentional damage to the vessel or
accidental damage to the vessel as a result of general negligence, alcohol intoxication or
the influence of an illegal substance. Passengers causing any such damage agree to pay
for identified damage prior to disembarking the vessel.
All passengers must agree to
comply with this policy, and further acknowledge that any violation of this policy may result
in disembarkation from the vessel, and all passengers acknowledge that it is OTB and MSC’s
policy to report incidents of illegal activity or behavior to the appropriate law enforcement
authorities for appropriate legal action. In such cases OTB and MSC shall not be liable for
any damages, refund or other compensation, including travel costs or any other claim as a
result of such behavior.
By boarding the MSC Divina during the January 21-25, 2016 sailing, passengers accept the
Passenger Code of Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy as detailed in this section.
15
The Entertainers
The Entertainers are available throughout the entire cruising experience, from concerts,
photo ops, Q&A sessions and more. In fact, they have a crazy schedule with very little
downtime. Please be respectful of the very little time off that they have during the cruise.
You will have loads of opportunities to interact with them, see them perform with all the
scheduled events that are going on, we promise. Please, when you see one of our artists
taking a break, by all means wave and say hi in passing, but respect that this is a small
period of downtime for them before the next event.
MSC and UNICEF
From July 13th, 2009, MSC Cruises has been supporting an innovative UNICEF program to
combat poverty and inequality by helping ensure disadvantaged children in Rio de Janeiro
and São Paolo gain quality education. Guests are also invited to “get on board for children”
and make a difference by offering a modest donation of as little as €1.00 (or $1.50), which
will be added to the bill at the end of the cruise. This small offering, valid on all ships in the
MSC Cruises fleet, is of course optional. Passengers may freely decide whether to increase,
decrease or cancel it, communicating their decision to the Accounting Office before 22.00
of the last day of the cruise. This Office is at guests’ disposal for further information. For your
convenience, should you give no indication to change the amount, the sum of €1.00 (or
$1.50) will be automatically debited to your final account. For more information, please read
the informational brochure left in every cabin or visit www.msc-unicef.org.
16
Debarkation
Make sure that you are fully aware of debarkation procedures ahead of time so you can
prepare. The ship will provide information toward the end of the cruise, so read promptly
and ask the Information Desk if you have any questions or concerns. Don’t wait until the last
day to figure it out.
All guests have the option of disembarking early using the Self-Assist debarkation method. If
you choose this option you will carry all of your luggage off the ship yourself and you will
NOT leave your luggage outside your door the night prior. In order to take advantage of this
option, you MUST signup in advance at the Reception Desk on Deck 5 as there are limited
number of spots available.
If you do not choose the self-assist debarkation method you will need to have your luggage
outside of your door with the luggage tags provided by 11:59 pm on Sunday night.
Remember, you will be putting your luggage outside your door and will not have access to
your luggage in the morning. We strongly suggest that you have a small carry-on bag for
your morning essentials and toiletries.
You will receive luggage tags, along with disembarkation instructions in your cabin the night
prior to disembarkation. Please make sure you fill out the luggage tags and place them on
your luggage before putting your luggage outside your door Sunday night.
In addition, all guests are required to fill out a US Customs form, which will be provided to
you the night prior to disembarkation, along with instructions. Once you have cleared
customs, you will depart the terminal. There are plenty of taxis that will be waiting outside
for departing guests.
Typically, airlines only allow you to check your bags 2-4 hours prior to a flights departure. If
you need to store your bags for a few hours or if you have late flight, the Miami International
Airport offers a baggage Checkroom in Terminal E, 2nd level and is open from 5 am to 9 pm.
Storage charges are subject to baggage size. For more information, please call 305-869-1163.
