The hotel part has a ground floor, first and second floor and an attic apartment. On the roof of the building there is a large sundeck. The catering establishment includes a ground floor with terraces and first floor. In the hotel part of the building there are 5 standard rooms (26 m2) and 16 luxury suites with room area from 46 m2 to 109 m2.
