Families who were eligible for Nutrition Assistance Program during the disaster are eligible as long as their forms are approved on or before October 12! DONATIONS: Chacha students received various donations of school supplies to help alleviate educational burden on parents. Supplies were delivered to the school then distributed equally to classrooms. HALF-DAY SCHEDULE: All PSS schools implemented the half-day sessions in consideration of families who still have no power and/or water. Half-day sessions will continue for Chacha until October 5. LIMITED OR NO HOMEWORK: Teachers limit homework during this quarter as families continue to face challenges with limited daylight hours.
