products. Our products are made in a number of countries around the world. We require our manufacturing partners to
adhere to our Code of Conduct regarding working environments, labor and human rights and safety.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
CREDIT TERMS:
•All new stores and storefronts must be pre-approved by
Dansko, LLC and by the area Dansko sales representative.
•Dansko’s standard terms are net 30 days, with approved
credit. A Dansko Credit Application form must be
completed, signed and returned to Dansko before credit
will be assessed.
•All new accounts must complete, sign, and return the
Dansko Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale agreement
to Dansko before any merchandise can be shipped.
DELIVERY:
• Dansko will make every effort to ship within a reasonable
period of order receipt.
• 4-8 weeks should be allowed for items not currently in
stock.
• Unless otherwise instructed, all back-orders are
considered valid, will be shipped as available, and will
include shipping charges.
• All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless
otherwise requested.
• Customers will be notified in the event of anticipated
delays in delivery.
• All shipments are subject to a $1.75 per carton handling
fee.
• If a shipment is refused for any reason other than shipper
error, a $5.00 per pair re-stocking fee, plus shipping costs,
will be charged.
• Transshipping of Dansko products by Dealer is not
permitted without prior written approval from Dansko.
• A service charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on
all overdue accounts.
• It is the Dealer’s responsibility to inspect all shipments
and notify Dansko of any claims or invoice discrepancies
within 30 days of invoice date.
• Deductions from payments for any reason will not be permitted until credit memos are issued.
RETURNS:
• Returns will be accepted for defective merchandise
only; if products are repairable, Dansko may, at its
discretion, incur the cost to repair the product before
replacing or crediting Dealer’s account.
• No item may be returned without first contacting
Customer Service to obtain an RA#; a $5.00 per pair
re-stocking fee will be assessed for invalid RA#s.
• If, at Dansko’s discretion, return authorization is
given for non-defective merchandise, a $5.00 per pair
re-stocking fee will be assessed.
• Once authorized please make sure all returns are sent to the Dansko Distribution Center, 10 Five Star Road, West Grove, PA 19390.
INTERNET POLICY:
• Accounts that wish to distribute Dansko footwear
and accessories via the Internet must be approved
by Dansko, Contact our sales office for additional
information.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
•Drop-ship items and orders of one or two pairs will be
assessed a $7.00 service charge, per order.
PAYMENT TERMS:
• Failure to pay invoices within terms, post-dating checks,
or checks returned for non-sufficient funds are grounds
for non-shipment.
• Social Media: Dealers must in no way represent themselves as being Dansko and must retain their own separate brand identity from Dansko.
