Two models are initially being offered: a l-4x24mm priced at $179.99, and a 4-l6x44mm priced at $199.99. Both feature 1-piece 30mm tubes machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, enhanced 4-lug magnification adjustment rings and selectable (red or green) glass-etched, illuminated-dot reticles. HyperClean technology uses clean-burning powders and primers to extend time between cleanings, reduce corrosion and maintain accuracy.-The first EMCON load is a 9mm 147-grain TMJ (Total Metal Jacket) that exits the muzzle of a 4-inch barrel at 905 f.p.s., with muzzle energy of 269 ft. Ibs. At 50 yards, it's still doing 877 f.p.s. (251 ft. Ibs.). HPR will be expanding the EMCON line throughout 2013 to include .40 S&W, .45 AGP and .300 AAC Blackout loadings. All are direct-gas-impingement, A4 flat-tops with 16-inch barrels rifled at 1:9" twist. The DB-15 S is an M4 clone with A2 front sight and 4-position stock. The DB-15 NiB features nickel-boron coated receivers, no sights, Magpul CTR 6-position stock and quad-rail handguard. The DB-15 B features a 4-position stock, no sights and quad-rail handguard.
