*The adjacent Ballston Common Mall is currently a 570,000 square
foot enclosed shopping center. Starting in Spring 2016, the mall will
undergo a $350 Million renovation converting it to a lifestyle center. Its
Grand Reopening is anticipated in Spring 2018. Macy’s Department

include the new construction of a 26-story hi-rise residential tower,
