The Emberá Indians are one of the many ethnic indigenous tribes in Panama.
Visitors are welcome to discover their culture in one of their communities, Emberá
Purú, Parará Purú or Emberá Drua (choice depends on climatic conditions), each

Folkloric Show & Traditional Dinner
One could say of Panamanian folklore that it is indeed the best illustration of the
motto “Panama, crossroads of the world, Heart of the Universe “. From their early
beginnings, Panamanian people have been forging their identity using an
inscrutably simple heart as a tool and an astonishing array of cultural diversity as
the raw material. The result: primitive African drums, dresses in the exquisite
Seville pollera, (national dress of Panama), a tamborito, while Celtic voices may
be heard in a cumbia. The flavors of five continents may find harmony in one
typical dish. All this is the final product of a process of cultural blending in the
making. Meet the true soul of a living people!

Catamaran in the Mangrove River. The most beautiful sailing
area is located between Rio Diablo (Corazon de Jesus) and
Porvenir: the waters are calm due to the protection of the
Hollandes and Chichime reefs and the turquoise waters meet
with navy blue tone (several “coral” walls).
As for the
schedule, this is flexible and is discussed with the captain as
soon as you arrive (it’s 2-3 hours sailing per day). Upon
arrival to Corazon de Jesus, the sailboat will hoist the sails
towards the neighboring islands (Isla Verde, Coco Bandero,
Morbedup, Hollandes Reef to the Lemon Keys, or Lake
Chichime)… depending on the length of the stay and the
election of the captain. You will also be able to meet and
indigenous traditional Guna Village, the masters in the
making of Molas and take advantage of all the activities
offered on board.
Included: Transfer City hotel/Beach – Albrook Airport – City Hotel/Beach, air fare, Panama city – Corazon de
Jesus – Panama City, local taxes, meals in the catamaran/sail, drinks (White wine, red wine, national beers and
rum), snorkeling equipment and crew.
Recommendations: wear comfortable clothes, sneakers, insect repellent, bathing suit, sunscreen, sunglasses,
beach towel, passport and cash for shopping.
