AUDIO ENHANCERS
The GPX Battery System combines the benefits of a
constant voltage output with a boosted audio enhancer.
Engineered specifically for the Minelab GPX series of
detectors, it delivers a constant output of 8.2 volts even
when the battery level is low. This means no fiddling
with settings or audio levels to compensate for power
fluctuations; just increased stability and the certainty that
the detector is always working at peak performance.
These easy to operate, in-line audio enhancers improve the volume of metal detectors, making faint signals clearer and
more audible. Light and compact with durable casings, they come with high quality cable and plugs attached and a
12-month warranty and run off the detector’s power source.

Heavy-duty curly power cable (above left)
With bigger conductors to reduce resistance and improve
connectivity, the cable expands from 40cm / 1’3" to
2m / 6’6". The high quality gold-plated plug improves the
connection to the detector, reducing power loss through
the cable. It comes with a 4-pin or 5-pin configuration to
suit SD, GP and GPX detectors.
These shafts have been made with the prospector in mind.
Combining strength, durability and a lightweight feel, they
will certainly be a good addition to any detecting kit. The
new-look one piece carbon-fiber upper shaft incorporates
extra holes for greater adjustment, and a twist locking nut
which stabilizes the lower shaft. All of the upper shafts
have been made to fit the standard accessories used like
armrests and handles.
The lower shafts are made from fibreglass and come in
three new sizes - 28", 32" & 40" (710, 810 & 1015mm).
All are made with a reinforced lower attachment section
to provide strength, and are made to a width which fits
most coils. They are supplied with rubber washers installed
ready for action.
SWITCHING BLOCK

Like the curly, this cable features bigger conductors
wrapped in a heavy-duty polyurethane outer casing.
Available in 1.7m / 5’7", 450mm / 17¾", 250mm / 10" and
custom lengths, with a 4-pin or 5-pin configuration to suit
SD, GP and GPX detectors.
Coil extension lead
For times when the coil needs to be further away from
the control box, such as when using a trolley or chest
mount. Suitable for DD and Mono coils for SD, GP and
GPX detectors; leads are also available for coin and relic
detectors. Available in 1m / 3’4" or custom lengths.
Essentially a double adapter for coils, it makes switching
between the COILTEK® Pinpoint Probe and the search
coil as simple as turning off the detector then flicking
the switch. Its small die-cast aluminum casing is virtually
indestructible, clipping to the detector shaft for easy
access and use.

The 6" X-TERRA utilizes the Minelab VFLEX technology and is the
perfect choice for trashy areas, giving excellent target separation
and stability. Easy to swing and maneuver through tight areas, it
also performs well in different soil conditions. Operating at 3kHz,
the Digger allows the user to hear targets of certain metals more
clearly than the 7.5kHz and 18.75kHz frequencies – which means

with the ‘FINE GOLD’ setting, has the potential to brighten up
those faint targets, especially the smaller pieces at depths only seen

This is the perfect choice for open field searching. Offers impressive
all-round abilities with excellent depth capabilities and very good
sensitivity. Detects deep opportunities, yet still easily finds subgram targets close to the surface. Surprisingly lightweight for its
size and durability, it reduces the effort usually associated with
searching large areas.
With a size that suits most new detectors, this is the most
commonly used coil for prospecting. Relatively lightweight, it’s
easy to maneuver and pinpoint with. The combination of good

Weighing in at only 1110g, this large coil is very lightweight for
its size and makes light work of searching large areas. It offers a
good stable threshold in most circumstances plus the best depth
capabilities of the round coils. Although suited to larger, deeper
targets, it still impresses with its sensitivity; during testing it found
2g pieces at approx 25cm deep.
The largest of our elliptical coils features a new, broader shape.
This increase in width compared with the standard 24"x12" adds to
the coil’s depth capabilities and gives better overall performance.
As with all the elliptical coils, the narrow ends provide good
pinpointing ability and maneuverability through more dense
terrain. Great as a patch finder or a general search coil, it also picks
up smaller targets closer to the surface. Lightweight for swinging
all day, it’s perfect for searching for a good cross section of targets.
Perfect for deep searching while covering lots of ground. Offering
excellent depth capabilities with little loss of sensitivity. Best suited
to open fields where the lack of undergrowth and rocks allows a
full and easy sweep pattern. The coil is robust and will last many
seasons; the replaceable skid plate means scraping rough ground

Mono coils are more sensitive and have better depth than
an equivalent DD coil and penetrate with a cone shape like
effect. They can become unstable in highly mineralized soils.
Anti-Interference (A.I.) coils are quite sensitive but can
become unstable in mineralized soils. They are not affected by
external interference such as powerlines and electric fences.
DD coils handle heavy and variable mineralization
better than a mono and penetrate into the ground with
a blade like effect.
Mineralization levels listed are based on using a GPX4500 detector and may vary with other models. ^Relic coils - please contact dealer for best suited detector. All weights and measurements are
