Dr. John Hull
Global CEO, Crossroads Family of Ministries
September, 2013 John D. Hull assumed the position of Global CEO of Crossroads by unanimous
consent of the board of directors. Dr. Hull has been the President/CEO of EQUIP which has been
recognized as a "Best Christian Workplace" award winner. His diverse experience as a pastor,
communicator and executive prepared him ideally to lead EQUIP, which is a leadership development organization currently training over 4 million leaders in 174 nations. Prior to his work with
EQUIP, Dr. Hull served congregations in the U.S. and Canada, most recently as Senior Pastor of
the renowned Peoples Church in Toronto. John Hull is a featured speaker at numerous conferences, churches and global outreach events and participates in leadership training venues on every continent. Hull hosted Leadership Moment—a radio ministry of EQUIP now broadcast daily on over 1,100 outlets throughout the U.S. Leadership Moment was awarded "Radio Program of the Year-Short Form" by the National Religious Broadcasters Association. Hull also hosted The Global Stage, a quarterly audio interview featuring interviews with Christian leaders
from around the world. In addition to his media ministry, Hull is the author of numerous articles and co-author of Pivotal
Praying, an acclaimed book written with Tim Elmore. John holds a degree in journalism and telecommunications from The
University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree
from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. John was officially and wholeheartedly welcomed aboard by Crossroads Founder Rev. David Mainse and former CEO Don Simmonds on Sept 9, 2013.
Dave Rae,
President, Cables and Kits
Dave Currently serves as President of Cables and Kits, a pre-owned Networking Reseller, based in
Buford Georgia, a position he has held for the last 2 years. Prior to joining Cables and Kits Dave
served as GiANT Impact’s President for 1 year to help establish some new business units and free
the Founder to pursue other business pursuits. Before join GiANT Impact Dave served as Crown
Financial Ministries President from 2001-2008 and from 2008-2010 focused on serving as Crown’s
Managing Director of International Operations. Dave’s leadership skills were instrumental in the
merger of Crown Ministries and Larry Burkett’s Christian Financial Concepts. Dave led both ministries through rigorous, seamless, activities to form Crown Financial Ministries. Starting in 1992,
Dave served with The Navigators in their Business & Professional division. During that time, he also started two businesses:
Hockey Network International (HNI) and EDiX Corporation, a medical transcription company. In HNI Dave utilized his professional and spiritual background to provide life-skills mentoring for National Hockey League players. As EDiX’s president and
co-founder, Dave developed a business using technology to provide nearly instantaneous transcription of patients’ medical
records. Dave was President of Apple Canada from 1985 to 1992. During his tenure as President of Apple Canada, Dave
received recognition as Apple’s world wide Manager of the Year on three separate occasions. Under his leadership, Canada
enjoyed the highest percentage of market share for Apple in the world, growing revenues from $78 million to $323 million.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from the University of Toronto and has completed Harvard Business
School’s Advanced Management Program. Dave and his wife Ann reside in Buford, Georgia and are the parents of three
adult children, Kelly – married to Chris (proud grandparents to Benjamin), Brian, and Kristy.

Alan Gotthardt
Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of TriniD Capital
A private investment company based in Atlanta, Georgia. TriniD Capital focuses on investing capital at the intersection of business strategy and behavioral economics. Formerly the President of
Brightworth, Alan was part of the leadership team that built Brightworth into a nationally recognized

Alan began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in the San Jose, California, and then Atlanta offices of Ernst &
Young, LLP. Alan is the author of a book on faith-based philanthropy entitled The Eternity Portfolio, and he serves a number
of nonprofit organizations on a volunteer basis. Alan and his wife Melissa have three children and are experiencing enjoying
the teen years!
Clare De Graaf
Author
Clare De Graaf is a follower of Jesus, an elder, a Bible teacher, and for more than twenty-five
years a full-time spiritual mentor of men, from college students to other would-be servant/leaders.
A successful businessman and Christian all his life, at age thirty-one he found himself at a spiritual
crossroads – a crisis of faith triggered by cancer. Surrendering himself to Christ, he sold his manufacturing company in 1984, at age thirty-five, to devote the balance of his life serving wherever God
called.
Since then, De Graaf has been deeply involved in US and international church planting, microeconomic development in Haiti, and orphanage and hospital reconstruction in Albania. He is also the
founding chairman of DOOR International, a ministry committed to translating the Bible into sign
language for the Deaf of the world. Most recently, Clare’s book, The 10 Second Rule was published by Simon and Schuster
(Howard Books). Clare and his wife, Susan life in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and are the parents of six children and proud
grandparents of fourteen.
Jonathan Wellum
President and CEO of RockLinc Investment Partners
Prior to founding RockLinc Investment Partners Inc., Jonathan began his investment career with
Portland Investment Counsel (formerly AIC Investment Services) in 1990 and served as a member of the firm’s senior management team. In August 2002, he was appointed Chief Investment
Officer and subsequently, in October 2006, Jonathan was appointed Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure at Portland Investment Counsel, Jonathan managed the AIC Diversified Canada
Fund as well as a number of equity mutual funds. He also co-managed a number of exchangetraded funds and was responsible for Portland’s Private Client business which included high net
worth and institutional clients. In 1995, Jonathan was named Fund Manager of the Year by the
Investment Executive Magazine and in 1997 awarded Fund Manager of the Year at the Canadian Mutual Fund Awards Gala.
In addition, Jonathan was a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 under 40. Prior to establishing his career in the investment industry, Jonathan held positions in corporate accounting at Deloitte & Touche as well as CUMIS Insurance. He is currently a
senior fellow for Cardus, a leading Canadian based think tank and a member of the McMaster University Investment Pool
Committee. Jonathan is also the Forum Chair for the Golden Horseshoe Venture Form (GHVF) which is an industry lead,
non-profit organization whose mandate is to foster the growth of entrepreneurial businesses.

Author
John is a California-based writer and speaker whose newly released book “Gospel Patrons” is inspiring leaders in business and ministry all around the world. John writes and speaks about how
God has worked through people to change the world and how we can give our lives to the things
that matter most and live for a legacy that we can look back on and be proud of. John is known for
his blend of passionate, clear, and inspiring presentation. He has degrees in both business and theology and has been speaking publically for a decade. In addition, he is the president of a young
publishing company, the founder of a mercy ministry called Grace Foodbank, and an elder at his
church, Grace Evangelical Free Church. But more importantly, he is the happy husband of Renée
and the proud father of two delightful children from Ethiopia.
Brad Smith
Senior Wealth Advisor, IPC Securities Corporation
Brad Smith is a Senior Wealth Advisor at IPC Securities Corporation. In 2008 Brad transitioned his
business to be Advice First. At that time he became a Qualified Kingdom Advisor and incorporated
transcendent principles into the advice he gives. This transition came about at the 10 year mark of
his career with IPC Securities. Now in his 16th year Brad has shared his expertise on his radio
show Your Life Well Invested. Recently he has been a speaker at conferences held in Canada by
IPC Securities, Advisors with Purpose, and FaithLife Financial as well as Kingdom Advisors in the
U.S.A. Brad is passionate about helping people live not only financially successful lives, but encourages his clients to live a life of significance by setting financial finish lines and working toward
meeting those goals.
Brad and his wife Laurie take a unique approach to financial planning. They quarterback the Journey to Meaningful Significance, taking each client family through their unique 7 step process. After taking into account each

Lorne Robinson
Financial Planner, Eagle River Credit Union
Lorne Robinson has been in the financial services industry since 1991. For the past 13 he has
worked with Credit Unions, servicing their members in Western Newfoundland & Labrador. Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Theology in 1986 was how Lorne started his work, answering the call on his life by entering pastoral ministry. He married Cathy that same year and
one of the most significant family decisions they made was to graduate their three children
through home education. His employment status changed in 1990, which resulted in his accepting a sales position in the life insurance industry, allowing him to continue to volunteer in
church leadership. Securing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2003 and
Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) certification in 2007 were important milestones in his career. The perfect storm happened in 2008 during the global financial crisis when Lorne was running as a candidate for
the Conservative Party of Canada in the federal election. A deep soul searching followed and he subsequently became
a member of Advisors with Purpose. This was a key to discovering that God had actually positioned him as a wealth
consultant, which has led him to a place of contentment for the first time in his financial planning career. Lorne acquired
his Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation in 2011 and qualified for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)
in 2012. He has also earned his Christian Financial Counselor (CFC) certification and now works out his calling through
his practice and public speaking, offering an eternal perspective on finances.

David Wills,
President, National Christian Foundation
David is president of National Christian Foundation (NCF), a position he has held since 1998. Under
his leadership, NCF has become the world’s largest Christian grant-making foundation, serving over
12,000 families. Historically, NCF has distributed more than $4.5 billion in grants to over 30,000 charitable organizations all over the world. David has co-authored two books, Investing in God’s Business
and Family.Money, as well as numerous articles. David serves on several boards, including the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), ProVision Foundation, Global Generosity Foundation, Chick-fil-A Foundation and Generous Giving, of which he is cofounder. David and his wife, Chris,
live on a farm near Atlanta with their seven children.
