Building consists of five-lane vehicular drive-thru, teller line, main lobby, cash vault and office space. Construction Operations / Senior Project Manager February 2005 - August 2005 Lauth Property Group Projects St. Francis Medical Center Cancer Center & MOB - Midlothian, VA. $12 million 2-story 60,000 SF cancer center and medical office building located on 6-acre site. Building consists of linear accelerator vault, HDR vault, CT simulator room, clerestory lobby and fireplace, oncology and out patient surgical space, patient supportive care, kitchen food preparation area and doctors' offices. Building exterior consists of infusion fountain, chapel garden, pergolas, and heavy timber framed canopy. Project Manager July 2000 - February 2005 Skanska USA Building, Inc. Projects Blakeney Park - Charlotte, NC. $2.7 million site work package for retail strip mall located on 60-acre site consisting of unclassified soil remediation, site utilities and improvements. Complete pads for 120,000 SF village shell buildings for future tenant upfits, park area, monuments, Harris Teeter and Target anchors, four (4) junior anchor buildings, Petro Gas Station, CVS Pharmacy, McDonald's, Chili's, Bank of America and five (5) other out parcels named later. Wando High School - Mt. Pleasant, SC. $50 million 2-story public high school located on 135acre property consisting of classified soil remediation, site utilities and improvements, 567,000 SF main building including classrooms, science labs, administrative offices, culinary arts, cafeteria, kitchen, auditorium, stage, orchestra pit, main gymnasium, auxiliary gymnasium, dance, performing arts, and theatre. 2,500 SF press box, 7,000 SF field house, baseball field, softball field, two (2) football practice fields, main football field and running track, soccer field, discus and shot put throws, band practice field, campus roads, and new boulevard. At the time, largest high school built in state of South Carolina. RaflAmerica - Fletcher, NC. $11 million label manufacturing facility located on 67-acre property consisting of 185,000 SF manufacturing warehouse, and 65,000 SF offices. Site work was completed by owner. The owner, UPM Raflatac, is a company from Finland. Barnhardt Stndent Activities Center Expansion, UNCC - Charlotte, NC. $4.3 million athletic facility expansion consisting of site improvements and utility relocations, 12,000 SF offices, 18,000 SF practice gymnasium, wrestling room, weight room, and medical trainer room. Project was funded by State of North Carolina. Project Manager November 1999 - July 2000 David M. Sidbury, Inc. Projects Allison-Irwin Stormwater Pump Station - Charlotte, NC. $1.2 million project consisting of concrete pump station, six (6) submersible pumps, float switches, and 9' high earthen berm with spillways around perimeter of property adjacent to sugar creek. Pump station and earthen berm were designed and constructed to protect owner's existing storage warehouse in the event sugar creek overflows its banks caused by heavy rains and stormwater run off. The Crillon - Charlotte, NC. $5.8 million 3-story condominiums with parking garage below. Site work was completed by owner. Project was 40% complete at my initial involvement. Settler's Place - Charlotte, NC. $4.7 million 4-story office building. Site work was completed by the owner. Project was 70% complete at my initial involvement. Project Manager May 1997 - November 1999 Edifice, Inc. Projects Davidson County Jail Expansion - Lexington, NC. $7.5 million expansion to existing county jail house consisting of site utilities and improvements, inmate holding cells, gang showers, and offices for correctional officers. Park Avenue Building - Charlotte, NC. $9 million mixed use project consisting of site utilities and improvements, 5-story parking garage, 4-story office space and restaurants. Medical Office Condos, Carolina Healthcare System - Statesville, NC. $1 million medical office project consisting of site utilities and improvements, medical office building including four (4) separate office condos to service doctors and their out patients. Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium Club Level Seating Addition, East Carolina University - Greenville, NC. $1.5 million 33,000 SF addition to existing football field grandstand consisting of glassenclosed preferred seating and concessions. Superintendent June 1996 - May 1997 San-Gra Corporation Projects Governor's Village Middle School- Charlotte, NC. $14 million 275,000 SF multi-prime public middle school for Mecklenburg County School District consisting of five (5) buildings connected by main corridor including offices, classroom wings, and athletic center. Site work was completed by others. Carpenter/Estimator/Foreman May 1994 - June 1996 TDC Builders, LLC Projects Inlet Fire Station - Inlet, NY. $1.3 million fire station including housing and facilities for volunteer fire fighters, docking stations for eight (8) fire truck and emergency vehicles.
