one of the local outlets, where you will also
receive your customer card. Please bring
your driving licence and ID card.
If you end your journey earlier than planned,
simply return the car to the place where you
picked it up and use your customer card to lock
it. You will automatically receive a credit for
half the charges of the remaining rental period.

Book: Log on and book a Flinkster
somewhere near you.
Open the Flinkster: Use your customer
card to open the Flinkster. You will find the
key in the glove compartment.
Example: You return the car three hours earlier
than planned. Based on an hourly rate of
EUR 1.50, you would have to pay EUR 4.50 for
the three hours. We will credit your account
with half that sum, i.e. EUR 2.25.

The security package costs EUR 90 per annum
and reduces the excess payable by you in case of
damage from EUR 1,500 to just EUR 300. You can
cancel the security package at the end of any
quarter.
Petrol/cleaning:
You only have to top up if the tank is less than
¼ full at the end of your journey. You can use the
tank card to pay for fuel and car wash. You will
find the tank card in the glove compartment
above the key safe, or in the on-board logbook.
