Awards:
Individual and All-Around awards will be presented to each age group at the conclusion of
each competitive session. Awards will follow the rules and policies requirements.
Regional Entries:
Coaches be prepared to complete your regional packets and purchase regional apparel at the
conclusion of each level’s state meet session. One gym or booster club check for apparel

We are preparing a program book available for purchase by all those attending the 2016 Virginia
Men’s State Championships. This program is viewed by over 700 people during the weekend of the
Virginia Men’sState Championships, held March 12th-13th, 2016 at Ocean Lakes High School in
Virginia Beach, Virginia. The program includes the meet schedule, rotations, judges and gyms
competing. Non-business related ad space purchases may be considered charitable contributions to
the Gymstrada Parents Association, a non-profit organization.

(PDF/A-1b:2005 or Press Quality). For jpgs, we require high resolution images (300 ppi). If images
are originally 72 ppi (ie, taken with a digital camera), be sure the dimensions are large enough to
compensate (ie, 20” x 29”) for the lower ppi. If not, the ad may not come out with desired quality.
