Water
Creatividad y Tecnología, since it was created, is a leading company in the
application of solutions of a high technological level in the integral management
and control of the water cycle: in particular, those with regard to hydrological
planning processes, management of infrastructures, operation and
maintenance, supply, water treatment, remote operation and remote control
and incorporation and definition of water quality and quantity indicators.
This experience accumulated in the water sector for more than 30 years has
made it easier for water management bodies to incorporate in their structure
new technologies that have allowed their access to information and to data
checked and validated in the time intervals that best adjust to their needs.
Within the business unit of Water and Infrastructures, Creatividad y Tecnología has a wide experience in:

enlargement of the existing ones.
Among activities related with infrastructures we must mention, on the one hand, the control and surveillance of works,
and on the other hand, the projects for the provision of artificial intelligence systems to improve the management and
control of those infrastructures by their managers, using tools such as the CAMM systems (Computer-Assisted
Maintenance Management).

HYDROLOGICAL PLANNING
Water and Infrastructures
Solutions
Planning and management of hydric resources, of a long tradition in Spain, has been complemented
by the European Framework Directive on Water, incorporating: the protection of ecosystems as a main
objective; the principle of passing the costs of the water services on to users, thus promoting saving
on its use; and the public participation as a fundamental element in planning and management
processes.
Creatividad y Tecnología has successfully developed its own methodology, NAUNET, for the
implementation of the Hydrological Planning based on the Guidelines of the Framework Directive on
Water. This methodology allows to control, among other aspects, the following:
•
•
•
•
•
•
Characterisation of basins.
Demand analysis.
Hydrological modelling.
Status of water masses. Ecological flows.
Implementation of the Measures Programme.
Public Participation and Information.
This methodology has been applied in the technical assistance to the Miño Sil Hydrological Plan, which
is the first Intercommunity Plan approved in Spain.
INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT OF HYDRIC RESOURCES AND NATURAL DISASTERS:
FLOODS AND DROUGHTS
For the correct management of hydric resources, it is necessary to know the available quantity of hydric
resources. For that, there must be systems for capturing data (level, flow, rainfall, temperature, etc.
variables) throughout strategic points of the basin, to send them in real time to a Control Centre, where
they are transformed into useful information for the responsible technicians, which helps when making
decisions, governing the basin and in the adaptation of Hydric Resources to Climate Change.
With an architecture that is similar to the previous ones, we can measure quality parameters of
continental surface waters (temperature, conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, etc.) in points of
special interest for their surveillance (supplies) where discharges can be detected, sending these data
in real time to a Control Centre, where they are transformed into useful information for the responsible
technicians.
Creatividad y Tecnología has developed the SIGA System (Intelligent Systems for the Management
of Hydric Resources and Extreme Phenomena)
As a pioneer company providing this type of solutions, it designed the first Automatic System for the
Control of Hydric Resources implemented in Spain (commonly known as SAIH in Spain), and then
worked in practically all systems of this type implemented in the rest of the national territory,
subsequently going on to the international scope, to countries such as Mexico and Jordan, thus being
the reference in this technological sphere. The SIGA System allows to improve the management of
hydric resources by the control of one or more of these parameters:
•
•
•
•
•
•
Available amount of water.
Water quality.
Systems for preventing floods.
Drought management.
Early alert systems.
Emergency plans on dams.
Creatividad y Tecnología has participated in
the implementation of SIGA Systems both
nationally,
in

great
Spanish
intercommunity basins, and internationally, in
Mexico or Jordan.

EFFECTIVENESS IN SUPPLY AND SANTITATION
The experience of Creatividad y Tecnología in the fields of supply and sanitation, includes the group of
processes reproducing the water cycle in urban systems. From the characterisation of the resource, the
operation and maintenance of hydraulic infrastructures, up to the study of environmental problems
arising from the discharge of industrial water, that experience is guaranteed by its participation in studies
in Spain. Specifically, we are specialised in the following:
HIDROGEST: Intelligent Management System of Operation and Maintenance of Infrastructures
Management system that integrates and optimises the operation and maintenance of hydraulic
infrastructures operated by the same Management Body, providing tools that help when making
decisions and that significantly reduce the maintenance and operation costs.
NAUTILUSS: Sensorisation and Remote Control System of Infrastructures of Supply and
Sanitation
Modular and scalable technological tool that provides intelligence to the supply and sanitation networks,
allowing their managers to identify the main losses or leakages on them, to guarantee a suitable quality
of water for the different uses, to control the availability of the resource, to improve decision making
processes and to reduce costs.
RATEsys: Intelligent System for the Automatic Calculation of Sustainable Tariffs
Unique tool in the market for the integral management of fariffs, which takes into account the income
needs of Water Operating Bodies, according to their Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Future
Investment Plans, totally adaptable to the operational, technical and financial needs of each operating
body.
MODERNISATION AND TECHNIFICATION OF IRRIGATION
The modernisation of irriagation is the main instrument for farmers to use water resources rationally and
effectively as, apart from promoting the modernisation of water distribution and application
infrastructures, it also improves the farmer’s living standard. The above favours an economic and water
saving.
In a modernised irrigation community, and with the new technologies and management systems, the
farmer can order irrigation by telephone, or through the Internet. The easy use of these systems, and
their convenience for the farmer are some of the advantages provided by this type of works.
SICIR: Integral Control and information Systems for Irrigation
System that includes a network of agrometeorological stations and control systems distributed throuth
the agricultural surface, in order to help farmers to achieve an effective and rational use of the
production means of crops (including energy).

Solutions
PUBLIC PROGRAMMES AND FUNDS
Public instruments for the support to economic development and competitiveness from the Administration require more
and more a greater level of specialisation and multidisciplinary approaches. It is necessary to have management
processes that guarantee:
 Transparency, impartiality and opportunity of the selection of operations.
 The assurance and checking of the correct use of funds.
 The compliance with law.
 The obligation to inform citizens.
Finally, the feedback of the process is necessary for decision making and for the governance of funds.
Furthermore, with regard to the multilateral funding bodies, when States receive multilateral co-funding, they must
comply with some requirements imposed by the Borrower or Donor Body. These are aspects related with
management, follow up, control, information and advertising. For the State, it is an additional effort, which usually
implies the need to turn to an external support that strengthens its institutional capacity.
The final purpose is to maximise the compliance with the formal requirements, while implementing the policies for
which the funds were granted: Cohesion Funds, Multilateral Funds such as the Inter-American Development Bank
(IDB), World Bank (WB), Andean Development Bank (CAF), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(EBRD), Europe Aid (EA), Framework Contracts of the European Union, Millennium Challenge (MMC), etc.
GIRA Own Methodology. Integral Management of Helps Model.
Creatividad y Tecnología was a pioneer in the provision of this type of solutions for
Administration within R&D&i. Nowadays it is highly specialised in the integration and
optimisation of the management of public funds granted for competitiveness and
innovation, providing the Management Body, with a significant reduction of costs and of
the execution terms, and with effectiveness in the application of funds.
AUDIT BOOKS and VERinSITU. Own Methodologies for the Implementation of Management
and Control Systems of Co-funded Programmes
Creatividad y Tecnología, pioneer company in the design and implementation of management
and control systems of operations for Management Bodies, has developed procedure manuals
that integrate and optimise the management of operations by means of their own methodologies
and integral approaches (technical and economical), providing the Body with a significant increase
in the effectiveness and efficiency of its Co-funded Operational Programmes.
16
CONSORTIAL PROJECTS OF R&D&i
Innovation is the key element of economic development. The competitiveness of a company depends on its capacity to
innovate. Companies are forced to transform themselves as quickly as possible.
To do so, they require specialised resources and media for suitable decision making, selection of funding sources,
ideal partners.
In the last few years, we have developed an important effort to support with suitable methodologies the development of
cooperative projects, the internationalisation of companies, the promotion of emerging sectors, the establishment of
networks, especially SMEs.
OCTOPUS. System for the Design, Management and Implementation of
R&D&i Projects
Modular and scalable tool that, overcoming traditional approaches, incorporates
new elements of analysis, allowing its managers to identify the main risks early,
guaranteeing the quality in management and results, to control the availability of
resources, to improve the decision making processes and to reduce costs.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICES AND SERVICES FOR THE SUPPORT TO INNOVATION
Regional competitiveness is related with the level of innovation of its industrial sectors and companies. To progress to
this regard, it is necessary to reinforce the infrastructure and supports to promote new businesses based on innovation
and the entrepreneurial capacity of young people and of employers. The creation of systems for the support to
innovation, and the structuring of institutional and operational markets for the impulse to innovation are fundamental in
the regions that are prepared to invest and to go for this challenge.
Creatividad y Tecnología has internationally checked methodologies for the design and implementation of:
 Offices for the transfer of technology.
 Creation of clusters.
 Design and structuring of funds for the support to entrepreneurship and to the creation of new businesses
based on innovation.
Technological consultancy services offered by Creatividad y Tecnología and its team of consultants and experts are
focused on the improvement of competitiveness by defining regional and sectorial innovation strategies, by
participating in R&D&I projects, by the technological transfer, by the consolidation of clusters and by the adoption of
innovation practices.
TRAINING AND SENSITISATION FOR ORGANISATIONS
17
Creatividad y Tecnología participates actively in the design and implementation of Public Policies and Institutional
Development Processes, where the part of Training and Sensitisation of Organisations requires a special attention.
The acknowledgement of the professional career of the technicians of Creatividad y Tecnología is proved by the
requests of many training institutions, among which is EOI, first business school constituted in Spain. Training Courses
and Masters have been given to different institutions and bodies, related with the different areas in which we are
specialists, in order to extend our Know How to society in general and to professionals of the industry in particular.

Among the institutions and bodies for which we have given training, postgraduate and Master
courses, we must highlight the following:



18
EOI Business School.
Civil Engineers College.

Technical Departments
Creatividad y Tecnología has developed a holistic structure in which each element provides an added value to the
whole, maximising the synergies of the same; thus, the Company has four Technical Departments of a significantly
technological nature, transversally articulated through its two Business Units.
The relationship between these four departments of Creatividad y Tecnología promotes the exchange of information
and the transfer of knowledge between all members of the Company. Thus, we reach an optimal and innovative
information flow, abandoning the obsolete models of linear or hierarchical knowledge transfer, and going for the
innovative systems of cross flows, in which each member provides an added value in terms of its skills, capacities and
experience.
The main results are the promotion of the generation of innovative ideas, the improvement of the technical capacities of
the members of Creatividad y Tecnología, their involvement in the Company, and the identification and promotion of
internal talent.

Planning and Models Department
Creatividad y Tecnología is a Spanish Consultancy Company with a long track record in the performance of
Feasibility Studies and Planning in the Framework of its Areas of Knowledge.
The planning, arranged through plans and programmes, orders the prevision and execution of certain tasks for
achieving certain objectives. Creatividad y Tecnología puts at the disposal of its clients, both private and public, its
experience in this type of processes, which go from a limited scope, as the planning of a certain work, to very wide
processes, such as the Hydrological Planning and the Planning of Public Policies and of R&D&i.
One of the bases for a good planning, whether on the short or
medium term, is anticipating decisions. For that, Creatividad y
Tecnología offers modelling tools which allow simulating the possible
future scenarios, by means of the follow up of the corresponding
variables and indicators, thus making the decision making process
easier.
"Ability is what you are capable of doing.

company. Our international presence has been possible thanks to the global vision
with which we develop our activities and to the marked international profile of our
Management Team and Project Managers, who have developed a wide Network of
Cooperators in different geographic markets.
Creatividad y Tecnología is aware that the increasing scarcity of water and the
increase of severe episodes of floods and drought worldwide, provoked by the
demographic growth and the climate change, will be an important factor for the
generation of conflicts in the twenty first century.
The Company focuses its efforts internationally on solving the most urgent problems
related with the world of water management, and with the institutional development and innovation in companies, both
in public and private sectors, by means of the implementation of customised technological solutions for the needs of
each country and each client.
Management technological tools not only provide intelligence to the existing Organisations and Infrastructures, besides
they can be developed in a customised, realistic and modular way, considerably favouring the saving of operational
and maintenance costs, and improving the rendering of the service to the citizen or the final client.
For this reason, its application is very advantageous, both in developed countries and in emerging countries, due to the
saving of costs and to a considerable improvement of the service, as has been proved in the projects carried out by
Creatividad y Tecnología.

47
Feasibility study about the design of a system for the management of hydric resources in the basin of the
Culiacán river, within the North Pacific Basin Organisation.
Water scarcity in Mexico, and the risk of floods is what results on the need to perform the work
of this project. The main purpose of the Study is to determine the Feasibility of implementing
an Automatic System for the Management of Hydric Resources in the area of Culiacán, to help
those managing the basin to improve their response and decision making with regard to the
frequent episodes of floods that take place in the Culiacán Basin. The Project also includes the
development and proposal of an automatic system or SCADA allowing the subsequent remote
operation and remote control of certain elements of hydraulic infrastructure of the basin.
Solution
The designed system is focused on the improvement in the availability of hydrological
information for:
 The management of hydric resources.
 The forecast of floods.
 The management of droughts.
A network of control points located on strategic places was designed, which will inform about quantity and quality
data of the existing hydric resources, and about relevant climate data. All this information (flows, levels, rainfall, etc.)
will be transmitted in real time to a control centre, improving the process of help for decision making by the managers
of the basin.
The project has included the definition and valuation of work, equipment, facilities and other complementary actions
necessary for the execution and implementation of the System for the Management of Hydric Resources in the basin
of the river Culiacán, in accordance with the regulations in force and with the purposes of the Project, in a way that
the Administration is allowed to proceed to the contracting of the corresponding work.
48
Consultancy to create an institutional framework Model for the management of hydric resources in the Valley
of Mexico.
Hydrological-Administrative Region XIII, Aguas del Valle de México (Mexico Valley
Waters), has a total surface of 16,426 square kilometres, and it has 100
municipalities of three Federated Entities (Mexico, Hidalgo and Tlaxcala) and the 16
political delegations of the Federal District. This Region presents a series of problems
with regard to the management of hydric resources, such as the high population
density, the overexploitation of aquifers, the drainage of rainwater, the lack of
efficiency in the supply systems and services, the deficiencies in the discharge and
treatment of waste water, etc.
Due to these problems, the National Water Commission (CONAGUA) requested the
Inter-American Development Bank (BID) the performance of a study by which:




It would obtain a clear and complete vision of the way in which the different aspects of the management of
the water resource and of the public services of water and sanitation in the Valley are being addressed.
It would determine the way in which the existing responsibilities and coordination and agreement
mechanisms are distributed.
A complete balance of the financial aspects would be obtained.
It would propose an institutional reorganisation of the industry in the Valley.
Thus, the performed study tries to comply with these objectives, by the proposal of a new model of institutional
framework for the management of hydric resources in the Valley of Mexico.
Solution
Performance of consultancy work, management of hydric resources and institutional strengthening:
• Technical Analysis and Diagnose about the availability of water and its quality, about some of the main
geophysical and geoclimatic characteristics, about the status of the supply and sanitation services, about the
pluvial drainage, about ground subsidence, etc.
• Institutional Analysis and Diagnose, that is, the detail of the existing distribution of competences between the
different administrations, to manage each of the aspects about the handling of water and its services.
• Financial Analysis and Diagnose, that is, a description of how the model in force is financed, detailing the
budget flows, the areas of deficit, the subsidies, etc.
• Comparative evaluation (benchmarking) of a series of bodies of both types (Basin manager / service operator)
and of different countries, among which we have: Hydrographical Confederations, Canal de Isabel II water
utility, French Water Agencies, Sabesp de Sao Paulo, etc., and from which formulas applicable to the Valley of
Mexico are extracted.
• Institutional strengthening of the Integrated Management Body of the Water Resource. It is proposed, based on
the existing institutional structure, to give a greater autonomy to the basin body, together with a greater
participation to the basin council in decision making. Furthermore, we define a model of financing based on the
polluter-pays principle and the user-pays principle, which will give to the model economic self-sufficiency.
• Design of a new Body Operating Metropolitan Services of Water, which assume tasks of block supply (water
sale to home operators), pluvial and sanitary drainage, and regional sanitation. Finally, in the same way as for
the Basin Organisation, we also define for this operator a financing mechanism, which allows passing from the
current subsidised and loss-making model to a sustainable self-financing model, based on rates for its
operation and .supported by certain investments by transfers, taxes, debt issuance and private investment.
49
Follow up work with regard to the Hydrological Plan of the Miño-Sil River Basin District, and to the
implementation of its Measures Programme.
The first cycle of Hydrological Planning, according to the guidelines of the Water Framework Directive, in the Miño-Sil
River Basin District, required technical assistance both for the completion and managing of the Plan, and for the
subsequent follow up of its implementation.
Among the work for which Creatividad y Tecnología renders its technical assistance,
we have the one necessary to complete the characterisation of the basins, available
resources, uses, demands and pressures; modelling of operation systems for the
allocation of resources and reserves; assistance in the characterisation of water
masses and ecological flows; economic analysis of water uses and of the repercussion
of costs; organisation of active involvement seminars; analysis, treatment and proposal
of response to allegations in the process of public consultation; assistance in the
wording of the Plan Regulations; and support in the strategic environmental evaluation.

of this project, in particular to integrate and centralise the information coming from the
group of existing networks, both in the basins belonging to the Basque Country, and
in the adjacent basins, which are currently managed by different administrations and
bodies, in a single hydrometeorological network managed, operated and maintained
by URA (Basque Agency of Water).
The project also includes the Wording of the Construction Projects of five (5) New

Control and Surveillance of the Work on Project 07/05 for the Optimisation of the Hydric Resources of the
Aragón and Catalonia Channel by means of Remote Control.
From the initial construction of the Aragón and Catalonia Channel in 1906, there have been
several modernising works for the purpose of improving the management of an infrastructure
serving 98,402 hectares of irrigation (it is the greatest fruit growing area in Spain) and more
than 200,000 inhabitants. The initial system was based on the performance of manually
regulated tapping points directly connected to the channel. This implied great management
difficulties due, among other reasons, to the flow variations produced as a consequence of the
alterations of the sheet of water. Between 1986 and 2005, several works for remodelling the
channel were begun, consisting in the replacement of the previous distribution system by a
system of semi-automatic tapping points of a constant level, and of a hydraulic operation. With
this system, water is distributed to the users by the manual operation of a series of modular
beacons, capable of providing an approximately constant reference flow, regardless of the
water oscillations in the main channel. Once this stage was concluded, the current project began in 2009, consisting
in the automation of the distribution system by the motorisation and remote control of the group of tapping points of
the Channel.
Solution:
The main purpose of the work will be the implementation of a Remote Control System allowing to perform a dynamic
and centralised management of the Channel, by means of the motorisation of the modular beacons existing in each
of the tapping points, and of the installation of drives and other necessary devices allowing a remote supervision and
operation of the same. The final purpose of the project will be the optimisation of both the existing hydric resources
and the global management of the Channel, together with their integration in the Control Centre of the Automatic
System of Hydrological Information (SAIH) of the Ebro River Basin District. In this context, Creatividad y Tecnología
performs the following activities:











Study for the update and improvement of the communications of the automatic system of hydrological
information about the river Júcar.
The automatic system of hydrological information (SAIH) of the river Júcar is
fundamental for the management and monitoring of hydric resources; therefore, it is
necessary for it to have a high guarantee of operativeness. Due to that, the Júcar River
Basin District requested to perform a study for the update and improvement of the
infrastructures of this system, especially the modernising of the current communications
network, in order to achieve new functionalities that are already habitual in other more
recent SAIHs, and that are the consequence of higher bandwidths of the communication
systems, such as the possibility to transmit voice, video and to provide a remote access
to the network in certain control points, etc.; to do so, an improvement of the existing
solutions is necessary, migrating to new technologies or modifying part of the current
system. The modernising must include the migration to open protocols and standards,
such as the IP protocol, which makes interconnection of networks easier and therefore,
makes the communications network transparent with regard to data transmission, and
makes it possible for the implementation to be made in phases, without any interruption
in the operation of the SAIH.
Solution:
First of all, a thorough study of the current communications network of the SAIH of the river Júcar was made,
analysing the possible existing alternatives when modernising a communication system, so that it complies with its
current and future needs. Analysis of the current trends, both of SAIHs and of similar systems in technology,
protocols, capacity, performance, etc.
Also, an analysis for the renewal of the remote stations in control points was made, suitable for the new market
technologies, especially with regard to the characteristics and functionalities of the type remote unit to be installed,
and in accordance with the communications system existing in the network of the SAIH of the Júcar River Basin
District.
A study about the ideal communications with regard to the emergency plans for dams was made, always following
the Directive for the implementation of emergency plans for dams.
Technical assistance and works management of the service model of the water control system in the
Catalonian territory (SiCat).
In the last years, the Catalonian Water Agency (ACA) has been developing a
new Management Model called New Service Model (NMdS), based on the use
of a series of support tools for the design, implementation, operation and
maintenance of the Integral System of the Water Cycle in the Territory (SiCat),
in order to give a response to the more and more demanding technological,
legislative, environmental and management requirements related with the
Integral Water Cycle; specialised technical support and guidance are necessary
for its development, extension, improvement and maintenance.
Solution:
Performance of technical assistance and technological consultancy work in hydrology, instrumentation and systems
for the acquisition and process of information linked to the integral water cycle, development of tools for data
evaluation and validation, evaluation of the quality, reliability, availability and criticality of information, performance of
studies, and development, revision and updating of technical manuals.

Technical Assistance for the maintenance, development and improvement of the maintenance management
system of the Financial City Complex of Banco Santander.
The Financial City Complex of Banco Santander, located in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, is
the operational headquarters of Banco Santander Group. It is a Building Complex of 160
hectares of offices, services and green areas. It has more than 400,000 constructed square
metres and more than 5,000 parking places. Apart from the offices, the City includes, among
other services, hotel residence, Training Centre, Nursery, Sports Centre and a golf course of
18 holes.
The management of this complex is complicated, given the great number of infrastructures,
installations and equipment which have to be maintained. After the initial implementation of
the maintenance management system of the Financial City Complex, it has been necessary to
extend, improve and optimise that system in order to reduce the total maintenance and
operation costs.
Solution:
The maintenance and global improvement of the computer-assisted maintenance management system CAMM, and
the generation of technical manuals and training seminars for the personnel in charge of the management of the
facilities of the Financial City Complex.
Work has been carried out locally, and by remote support in the solution of incidences both with regard to hardware
and to software; activities have included the supply of licences, the installation, configuration and parameterisation of
the tool, the integration with the Supervision, the Control and Data Acquisition System, SCADA, the development of
the database, the design and creation of Reports, the technical support, the solution of incidences, the maintenance
of the maintenance management system, the application creation and maintenance, and the technical assistance
work for the development and implementation of new modules and reports allowing the optimisation of the available
resources.
Operation, maintenance and preservation of the dams Juan Benet, Riaño, Azud de Tolibia and of the transfer
system from Curueño to the reservoir of Porma (León)
It is essential to keep the infrastructures making up the hydraulic patrimony in a perfect status of
operation and preservation, not only from the point of view of safety, also from the functional point
of view, in a way that they can fully comply with the objectives for which they were constructed. In
this context, the dams of Porma and Riaño are the biggest state-owned regulated infrastructures of
the province of León and of the basin of the Duero, in the rivers Porma and Esla, which require the
performance of very diverse and complex activities for their operation, and the compliance with the
regulations in force about the safety of dams. Also, more and more prepared and qualified
personnel in accordance with the technological advances is needed.
Therefore, the Duero River Basin District needs technical support for the performance of the works
of maintenance, preservation and help to operation of the Porma and Riaño dams. Among these
works, we must include the guidance to the operation management, the maintenance activities, the
follow up of the inspection, the maintenance of the technical file and the Safety and Health
activities.
Solution:
The technical assistance work consists in the performance of:
 Technical assistance activities for support to Operation and guidance to Operation Management.
 Activities for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and preservation.
 Technical assistance activities in the follow up of the inspection of dams.
 Activities of inspection, surveillance and control.
 Activities for the maintenance of the Technical File.
 Elaboration of Technical Projects: Riaño Elevator.
 Other miscellaneous activities for the support to operation.
 Labour safety and health activities.

Performance of the Operation, Maintenance and Preservation tasks with regard to the Pálmaces, Alcorlo,
Beleña, Entrepeñas and Buendía Dams in Area 4 of the river Tajo (Guadalajara and Cuenca).
The concern for the treatment and preservation of the hydric resources has
increased in the last decades, mainly due to the delicate situation in Spain, which
provokes the scarcity of these resources in certain periods of the year. The result of
this concern are the great infrastructures for the storage of water, which started to
be constructed by the end of the 1950s throughout the national geography.
The purpose of this project is to offer the maximum security and certainty that the
dams included in the group are operated and preserved with the maximum number
of guarantees from the point of view of their inherent safety and of the safety of the
flows and borders located in their influence area.
For the above, the different aspects and details of the operation of dams, of the
maintenance of the installation, of the maintenance of their devices, and of the
possible development of technology are contemplated.
Solutions:
Technical Assistance for the performance of the Operation, Maintenance and
Preservation tasks of the Dams of Area 4 of the Tajo River Basin District. The
