• Kara R. Masters is an attorney shareholder with the Seattle law firm of Skellenger Bender, P.S. Ms. Masters
has represented design professionals, insurers, businesses and individuals in state and federal, trial and appellate
courts throughout the Pacific Northwest for the past 19 years.
Speakers:
• Ben Zviti is currently an associate claim counsel for Travelers in the Bond and Financial Products Claim - Fidelity
unit and is also an adjunct professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
• Rennie Muzii is Managing Director at Marsh USA in Portland OR. He works with both public and private
companies, specializing in the communication, media, and technology industries. Rennie serves as a national
resource for complex E&O and Cyber Risk placements.
• Neeraj Sahni, Insurance Channel Executive at Kroll, is a risk manager with focus on Security / Privacy liability
and first party risk associated with a data breach.
Attendees will learn the risks presented by the growing dependence on electronic storage and transmission of
personal, health, and confidential/proprietary information, relevant laws and reporting/notification requirements,
recommended security measures to implement, and available insurance coverage and solutions.
