«NANA BEACH HOTEL» rests 25 kilometers East of
Heraklion International Airport, in an area east of Chersonissos which
is well known for its mild climate throughout the year.
«NANA BEACH HOTEL» offers a unique combination of
Cretan architecture with the facilities of a modern Hotel.
«NANA BEACH HOTEL» is an A’ Class Hotel with 500 rooms.
97 of them are in the main building,
68 family rooms with 2 bedrooms and the rest are Bungalows.
Each room is spacious and comfortable and is equipped with private
bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone system, satellite T.V., music,
air conditioning, central heating, `refrigerator, safety deposit box and
balcony or terrace.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
We recommend the use of a safety deposit box for your valuables,
as the hotel Management cannot take responsibility for the loss of
money, jewellery or any other items left in the rooms or in public area.
Your valuables should be kept in the safety deposit box in your room,
which is available against a small weekly rental fee.
• Loss of the key must be reported immediately to the reception
andthe cost of replacing the lock will have to be paid by the
client.
LUGGAGE SERVICES

have your luggage picked up from your room.

we provide a bracelet at check in. Please remember that it is
obligatory to wear the bracelet during your stay in order to
receive the all-inclusive services.

SEA CONDITIONS
Please note the flag colour on the beach every day before
entering the water.
- Green: swim without danger
- Yellow: swim at your own risk
- Red: swimming is prohibited
SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS
- The swimming pools will be open from 08:00 am to 19:00 pm
and the Jacuzzi from 10.00 am to 17.00 pm.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Glasses and bottles are not allowed in the pool.
- With regard to the Relaxing pool, please note that children under
16 years of age are not permitted to enter.
We kindly inform you that you cannot reserve sun beds or umbrellas.
Important Notice: Babies and young children are only permitted in
the swimming pool if wearing swimming nappies and in any case
never naked.
TOWELS - BEACH TOWEL CARD
Please present the card in one of our three Pool bars (KALYPSOVERANDA-POSEIDON) in order to get your beach towel.
Kindly note that you can change your towels daily, from 11:0017:00.
The beach towel card must be returned to reception before checking out, in order to avoid a charge of €20.
SUNBEDS & UMBRELLAS
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to reserve any sunbeds or umbrellas
at any time during your stay.

- In the event of fire leave by the nearest available exit and inform

A bus stop can be found on the main road, where you can get a
public bus every thirty minutes either to Heraklion or from the
opposite side, to Ag. Nikolaos.

experience, it can take up to half an hour for a taxi to arrive during
high season.
