Auction Rules
1. All auction participants (live and
silent) must have a bid number.
2. Two (2) silent auctions will occur,
with silent bids posted on two bid
boards, updated throughout the
evening. Bid boards will stop posting live
bids 3 minutes prior ro its close and then
final bids will be posted after time has
been called.
3. Use “Silent Auction Bid Tickets” to
register bids during the silent auctions.
Place your bid tickets into the glass
bowls placed around the bid board or on
your table.
4. Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, and
American Express are accepted.
5. All purchases are to be finalized and
payments made at the Check-Out area
once the bid boards are closed. Check
out begins at 8:45pm.
