Using eligibility for the federal free school lunch program as qualification, Kirkwood Community College is committing tuition assistance scholarships on a first-come, first-serve basis for participation in the 2015 KICK summer program. General Information How to Register: See the registration page at the back of this brochure. If registering by mail, please use one form per student (forms may be copied). Release/Waiver of Liability Form: Two weeks prior to the start date of the camp(s) you are registered for, you’ll receive an information packet containing a confirmation letter, materials for the class, a release/waiver of liability and a photo release. Parents or guardians should complete and return all forms as instructed. Registration is not complete until a signed release/waiver of liability form is received for each student. Supervision Policy: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian except when under the direct supervision of camp instructors or staff. Children may not be left unattended before, during the lunch period or after camp. Students should be brought to their camp no earlier than 10 minutes before start time and picked up no later than 10 minutes after end time. Age Policy: All camps are for youth ages 9-15, unless specified in the descriptions. No younger students will be admitted. Fees: Fees vary by camp. See individual descriptions. Locations: Locations vary by camp. See individual descriptions. Transportation: Students and their parents or guardians are responsible for all transportation arrangements.
