Custom Colors:

Combinations that are not stock color combinations are considered custom Pomchies

Minimum Pomchie custom color combination is 100 pieces

At least SIX weeks additional time is required for all custom orders

Pantone or special fabric colors are available for orders over 5000 pieces only

Custom purchase orders must be faxed or emailed and pre-paid in advance. Once entered into production there is no cancellation
General:

All Pomchie Products and fabric comply with US CPSIA standards. Certificates available on request

Pomchie products are hand assembled in Vietnam. Nylon/Spandex fabric is from Korea and Vietnam

We will not be responsible for changes in color. Dye lots can vary. When ordering for a team, it is best to order all together to ensure the
same dye lot

Not for children under 5 years of age

We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve our product at any time

A service charge of $50.00 will be added to all returned checks
Terms:

We accept Visa or MasterCard / Net 30 after credit established

Checks should be made payable to Pomchies LLC

Invoices not paid within 90 days will be sent to collections
Shipping:

We ship using UPS

Handling Charge of $3.00 for all Freight Collect Orders or special shipping
Returns and shortages:

Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receiving the shipment

If product is defective, not due to wear and tear from the customer, the item can be exchanged for a like item

Please inform customers to CUT the tag off. DO NOT PULL the tag off. Pulling tag can cause stitching to tear

All returned items must be accompanied by a Return and Exchange Form. Items that have been washed are not returnable. Returns sent
COD will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will charged.

Custom color combinations are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please make sure you are ordering the correct color when
placing your order
