BARREL DROOP
COMPENSATOR
WHAT’S BARREL DROOP ?
Barrel droop means that the barrel’s bore is pointing
downward in relation to the plane of the scope base.
When a scope is mounted, the barrel shoots noticeably
lower than the scope looks. To compensate used to
mean cranking up the elevation knob to bring the pellet
back up to where the crosshairs are looking or inserting
a shim. MNT-DN460, MNT-DN034 and MNT-DNT06
take care of this for you. They are designed with special
slopes to compensate the barrel droop of RWS Diana
air rifles.
