• Standing Instructions to Pay (‘VIP’ Program) – Get iron-clad protection for
your most critical IP assets
• Pay All Due – Submit your portfolio electronically and we will instruct
everything that is due
• Pay Selected – You choose from your portfolio those you wish to renew
(reminder sent)
• Decision List – Choose quarterly or monthly options to receive your
Decision Lists of IP payments due, including due dates and forecasted fees
• Revised Instructions – New Due Payment changes are easily
accommodated with our Ad Hoc Decisions and Stop Payment processes

INVOICE REQUIREMENTS

• Preliminary invoice is sent with your decision list report – you pay then
(no collateral required)
• Final invoice is sent with your confirmation of payments report (the
amount less the preliminary invoice)
• Monthly Tax adjustment invoice is sent each month
• Payment Options – Pre payment/deposit account/post payment
• Invoices issued monthly or quarterly – By SBU, division, department
• Credit terms – Payment within 30 days
