Guest Services is now conveniently located at
the center of the island in the Beach Club circle,
and is open daily during the summer from 8am
to 10pm.
If you have any questions about your Fripp Island
Resort rental, your PointSafe PIN code access or
the Resort in general, please stop by and let our
staff assist you.
When you stop in, be sure to pick up one of our
logo beach towels, which are also available at
Cabana Club Pool, the Adult Pool, the Marina
Market and the Racquet Club Pro Shop.

Club Cards
Fripp Island Club
As a Fripp Island Golf and Beach Resort or Club
member guest you are automatically a guest of The
Fripp Island Club for the length of your stay!
Your Club Guest Card is magnetically encoded and
entitles you access to all Club amenities. We simply
ask you and every person in your group age 13 and
older to carry a Club Guest Card and show it whenever
you use the facilities.
Since our amenities are operated for the exclusive
enjoyment of Fripp Island Club members and Club
Guest Card carrying guests, our staff members are
instructed to turn away individuals without cards.
Please carry your card to avoid any inconvenience. The
Club Guest Card is your key to all of the Island’s fun.
Should you need to have your card re-magnetized or
have any questions about your Club cards, please stop
by or call the Club Office at 843-838-1528.
Business Center
The Business Center is located in the Club Office
near the Beach Club in the center of the island. Take
advantage of computers, a copier/fax/scanner and
Embarq DSL high speed internet service. Call 843838-1528 for more information.

Each home or villa includes linens for bed and
bath and a start up kit which includes dishwashing

The Fripp Island Resort Rental Program is a full
service agency. We believe that quality full service
provides our guests with the experience of a
life. Much of our business comes from returning
guests, second and third generation in some cases.
This gives our program a solid customer base and
the opportunity to rent your property and the
assurance you need to know your home is in the
best care.
Golf
Fripp Island offers two championship golf
courses. Practice facilities are located at both
courses and include a driving range, chipping area,
practice bunker and putting green. Each course
also offers a variety of tournaments and other
special events throughout the year. Contact the
pro shops for tournament sign-ups and schedules.
Ocean Point Golf Links
Ocean Point was designed by George W. Cobb
and is a seaside masterpiece with dramatic
views of the Atlantic.The Atlantic Ocean and its
constant breezes affect the look, feel and play of

Ocean Creek Golf Course
Ocean Creek is PGA Champion Davis Love III’s
first signature course. Four distinct rolling dune
lines provide major design elements with ridges
climbing as high as 15 feet as they corkscrew across
the fairways. Salt marshes and native wetlands also
play a key role inthe playability and character of

Our experienced staff of PGA professionals and
apprentices offer a wide range of instructional

Wee Links - The Golf Course for Kids
Our award-winning Wee Links program includes 18hole golf courses gears for ages 5-12, allowing children
to play from shorter tees. Kids can play alongside
adults at both Ocean Creek and Ocean Point (daily
after 3pm), and still keep pace with the game.

Located at Ocean Point Golf Links, golfers ages 5-9 can
participate in Wee Links Clinics. The clinics focus on
golf fundamentals and course etiquette. $15/day

Tennis
Fripp Island Golf and Beach Resort offers
year-round play and instruction on eight soft,
fast-dry and two hard courts. Don’t forget
to visit our pro shop featuring the latest men’s and
women’s apparel and equipment.Our active summer
program includes lively pro- exhibitions and varied

Hot Shots
Monday-Friday 8:30-9am
Hot shots is geared for children ages 4-6. We will
briefly work on the basics, then play some games
designed to work on hand-eye coordination and have
fun. $10/day
Future Stars
Monday-Friday 9-10am
Designed for children ages 7-9. Our instructors will
provide structure for your child’s ever-changing game.
This clinic provides both drills and games. $20/day
Junior Pros
Monday-Thursday 3-4pm
This afternoon clinic is available for juniors ages 1016. For one hour, our instructors will combine stroke
production, drills, and match play situations. $20/day

One of our most popular instructional programs for
adults (ages 17 and up). Professional instructors select
a variety of demanding drills for players seeking
to improve specific areas of their game.Ask about

Another popular program featuring a combination
of stroke production and match play drills (ages 17

This morning clinic is designed for all skill levels.
Instruction touches on various areas of tennis covered
during our weekly clinics. This clinic is structured

Pro Exhibition

This complimentary event is presented weekly
throughout the summer. Come cheer and meet our
staff as they compete in an exciting atmosphere. Prize
drawings, discounted beverage prices and pro shop
discounts are offered during the exhibition.
Pickleball Round Robin
Monday 6-8pm
Meet and play round robin for all levels of players.
Cost is your share of court time.
Round Robin
Mixed Up Doubles
Wednesday 5-6:30pm
Switch, mix, mingle and play with different partners.
This round robin is organized by our staff and
designed for all skill levels. Drinks are provided. $15
Private Lessons
Our professional staff offers private lessons for tennis
players of all levels. After 3pm, lessons with our
Head Pro are just $49 per hour and with Assistant
Pros are just $39 per hour. All lessons are for one
to four people.

Marina
Just a few miles from the Intracoastal Waterway,
Fripp Island Marina is ideally located for fishing and
boating. The Marina offers dockage, boat storage,
boat slip rentals and a loading ramp.
Charter Fishing
Charter services are available with one of our
experienced guides to fish as far out as the Gulf
Stream. Sailfish, mahi-mahi, barracuda, kingfish,
marlin, wahoo, grouper and snapper are plentiful.
For inshore fishing, the waters around Fripp Island
are teeming with trout, flounder, red drum, cobia,
tarpon and Spanish mackeral.
Marina Market
The Marina Market has everything you might need
for a day at sea: gas, boat supplies, live bait, tackle,
crabbing nets and more. The Market offers grocery
staples as well as snacks, wine, beer, ice and the latest
logo apparel, including Tervis® tumblers.

Our rentals are the best way to get around and
explore the island. Rentals are available when you
present your Club Guest Card at Island Rentals,
which is open daily 8am until 6pm. Call 843-838-1518

Golf Cart Rentals
Golf carts make it easy to get around and explore the
island. A valid driver’s license is required for rental.
Standard and limo carts are available.
Scooter Rentals
Scooters are available from the Excursions
office. A valid driver’s license is required for rental.
Bicycle Rentals
Experience Fripp Island by bicycle. FREE Pick Up
and Delivery is provided to Fripp Island Golf &
Beach Resort guests, when available, with a 24-hour
notice.
Kayak Rentals
Tour the lowcountry salt marsh in one of our
kayaks. Single or double kayaks are available to
rent by the hour.
Boat Rentals
Carolina Skiffs are available to meet all your fishing
and cruising needs. They will accommodate 6 to 8
people, depending on the size of skiff you choose.
They include storage space for supplies and coolers
and a Bimini top for shade. 17’ or 21’ skiffs are

Pontoon Cruises
A cruise on Fripper II is a perfect way to experience
the beautiful waterways along with the rich and
diverse flora and fauna on Fripp Island, a salt water
paradise. We offer a variety of cruises that will give
you memories to last a lifetime. Book Fripper II for
a private party and let us take care of all your party
catering needs. Fripper II can also handle special
needs persons.

Nestled in the trees near the Cabana Club, our
Activity & Nature Center offers a variety of
programming and an up close (and sometimes
hands on) look at some of the inhabitants of Fripp
Island. Feel free to stop in and meet Jimbo, a ball
python, or Archie, our baby alligator or just to ask
questions about the wildlife here.
Fripp Island Turtle Conservation
Our staff naturalists work with both the Fripp
Island Turtle Patrol and the local Audubon Club to
help preserve the truly amazing creatures that call
Fripp home. We love to educate visitors about these
wonderful creatures so drop by and let us tell you all
about them and the efforts being used to conserve
them for future generations.

of Fripp’s turtle species, from the hidden mud turtle
to the beautiful terrapoin to the mighty leatherback
sea turtle! This sit-down, heand-on program covers

turtles will be there too!

The best way to experience the winding tidal creeks
behind Fripp is by kayak. Share a tandem kayak
with a buddy or paddle yourself in a single kayak.
During this guided tour we will watch for eagles
and ospreys soaring overhead, mink and clapper
rails walking the mud flats, dolphins splashing
on the shore line and so much more! Please call
ahead to reserve your spots. Tour is 2 hours and
will depart from the Marina boat ramp. *Call for

look for and discuss the plants and many animals

a way to keep it dry! Please call ahead to reserve
your spot. Tour departs from the Marina boat ramp.

Join the Activity Center Staff Monday through
Friday at the Creek House beginning at 9:00 AM.
Camp reservations must be made by 8:30 am daily.
Spaces are limited, so call 843-838-1516 to make
your reservations early. Camp Fripp Cancellation
Policy requires a call by 8:30am the morning of.
All children must be bathroom independent. No
pull ups please. Many of our activities take place
outdoors, so please make sure your children are
prepared for the elements.

In the Swim
The Marina Pool
Located at our marina complex, this pool offers a
chance to take a dip while enjoying the scenery.
Pool hours are 10am to 8pm (12-2pm Camp Fripp
only).
Olympic Pool
Located at the center of the island, near the Beach
Club, this pool is just steps away from the beach and
includes a baby pool, and lap swims from 8am-9am.
Adult Pool
Also located at the center of the island in the Beach
Club Complex, the Adult Pool is for patrons 21 years
of age and older. It is the perfect place to relax, have
a drink from The Sandbar, and listen to bands play
our favorite island tunes. Logo beach towels available

Ocean Point Pool
Situated across from the Ocean Point Grille and
the Ocean Point Golf Links on the North end of the
island, this oceanfront pool includes both a baby pool
and a pool for mom and dad.
Cabana Club Complex
Our favorite family location, Cabana Club is on the
south end of the island. Cabana is home to an oval
pool (heated seasonally), lagoon pool with misting
cave and a kids pool. Willie’s Wet Bar, Cabana Club
Restaurant and Veranda Beach Salon are also in the

Beach Access
The Fripp Island Property Owners Association
(FIPOA) maintains beach access trails. Each access
is marked with a wooden sign and offers a path
through the dunes. For specific locations, call the
FIPOA at 843-838-4155.
Beach Rentals
Fripp Island has beach chairs, umbrellas, skim boards
and boogie boards for rent at the Beach Hut, located
in front of the Beach Club. Sorry, we cannot accept
cash. Credit cards, folio cards and member cards are
gladly accepted. Beach rentals are first come first
served.
