COSIGN AND SLOANLED
Since more than 5 years Cosign is distributing SloanLED products in Belgium, India and Mexico.
SloanLED’s high-quality LED modules have proven to be an amazingly good fit to the sign industry and have
been offered by Cosign for channel letter products, cabinet/box lighting, totem pylons, border tubing and
petroleum and C-store markets.
Because of this good match Cosign has developed a series of profiles to be used specifically in combination
with some SLOANLED modules like the new PosterBox 3, the PosterBox Slim 2 and the HighLINER 2.

The design of our profiles was based upon the specific dimensions, viewing angle and other characteristics of
these LED modules in order to obtain the best possible results.

I-SIGN DISPLAY
The single-sided I-Sign Display profiles make it possible to frame large panels, digital prints and art virtually without an edge and without visible fixings. This makes them very suitable for use in museums, galleries and interior
decoration.
The double-sided profile is extremely suitable for making thin light boxes and illuminated or non-illuminated
indoor pillars.
Double-sided tape, magnetic tape or the 3M Dual Lock™ reclosable fastener can be used to affix the panels.

Side illumination for shallow light boxes
PosterBOX™ Slim 2 washes light across single and double‑sided displays using FanFlare™ lens technology
that optimizes the light inside the box. The result is uniform light without the stripes associated with fluorescent tubes. The narrow silhouette of the side mounted modules makes PosterBOX Slim 2 an excellent
option for single‑sided sign cabinets as shallow as 2 inches and double‑sided cabinets as shallow as 4
inches.

HIGHLIGHT
Highlight is Cosign’s new LED luminaire profile which, in combination with the SloanLED® HighLiner II modules
or other LED modules, provides the perfect solution for creating decorative wall washers or illuminating large
surfaces like billboards, advertising signs, freestanding signs and totem pylons.
The elliptical shaped aluminium profile is supplied including endcaps, a special LED diffusing opal polycarbonate
cover, easy-to install wall brackets, spacer profiles and a hinge bracket which allows the profile to be set in the
right angle to ensure an optimal light distribution.

HIGHLINER 2
Outdoor and indoor linear lighting
HighLINER 2 offers natural white illumination for soffits, awnings, and wall washes. It’s easy to install for
both new construction and retrofit. Easily daisy chain up to six 4‑foot luminaires using lead wires located
on both sides of the fixture. The co‑extruded plastic housing diffuses the light and protects the luminaire
to provide long operating life. This reduces maintenance costs, speeds up payback periods, and increases
energy savings.

TEXTILE LIGHTBOX
Our Textile Frame profiles offer a perfect solution for the fast and easy exchange of printed fabrics. The
graphics are printed on a textile fabric and silicon strips are sewn/glued around the borders. These silicon strips are then simply pressed into the profiles ensuring the fabrics to be stretched perfectly.
Specifically for SloanLED’s new edge mounted PosterBox 3 modules Cosign engineered a range of Textile
Lightbox profiles which allows to create large, shallow and uniformly lit lightboxes as wide as 3 meters
(10 feet).
