Attendance at this training is mandatory for trainees between months 9 and
15 of their traineeship.
The seminar covers: confidentiality; conflict of interest; and anti-money
laundering.
Delegates will consider ethics and the practical application in relation to
hypothetical case study scenarios.
The seminar has been designed to be entirely interactive and trainees will be
encouraged to reflect upon practice and to consider how ethics will assimilate
with their existing legal knowledge and skills.
