Exhibitors Agreement
This is an agreement between you and the mall describing your space and the
rate at which you will pay for the space. It also details our insurance
requirements and expectations for conducting business. This needs to be
executed prior to the show.
Certificate of Insurance
The mall requires proof of property and liability insurance from all exhibitors.
This protects both you and the mall. A copy via fax or email is sufficient and
need to be received by the mall office prior to the event. The key points of

Booth Payment
Payment for your space must be received by the mall office prior to the event.
A money order made payable to The Cafaro NW Partnership is our preferred
payment method. A corporate check requires approval in advance. We
apologize that we are unable to accept credit cards for payment at this time.

Booth Information
Specifications
Our standard booth size is 8’x8’ Pipe & Drape.The booth will
contain a draped/covered 6’ table and two
chairs. Electricity is available but should to
be requested in advance to ensure your
booth location has adequate and safe
access to electricity.
Set Up & Tear Down
Please be conscientious of your booth space, booth neighbors, mall tenants and
mall guests. We require that all signage be professional (no handwritten
signage) and not be posted on any mall property/amenities other than the booth
itself. We also ask that your booth be organized in a way that is safe for
everyone to enjoy. At the end of the event, kindly pick up and dispose of any
trash that may have been left behind.
Please be sure to be set up and ready at the start of the event and to not begin
tearing down until the event is over. If you need assistance from our
maintenance staff with set up or tear down, please contact the marketing
director in advance of the show.
Vendors are asked to use the doors by American Eagle for set up and tear
down.

promote it’s events.

Digital Reader Board
We are fortunate to have a fabulous digital reader board on our SR-161/
Meridian side of our property that has exposure to an average of 70,000 cars
per day (WSDOT).
Door Decals
At every entrance, professionally created door decals advertise the event to
guests entering and exiting the mall.
Posters
Professionally created 22x28 posters are displayed throughout the mall.
Website
The event is promoted on our website schedule of events and prominently
displayed on our website prior to our event.
Flyers
Professionally created 8.5x5.5 flyers are distributed throughout our mall and the
surrounding community.
Social Media
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube
Media
Each event will have a radio partner and a digital partner to help promote the
show. Vendors will receive information about these partners and associated
schedules prior to the event.

Mall Map and Information
On the day of your event you will receive a vendor packet that will include a mall
map for your reference. You will receive a vendor identification badge the day
of the show. Proudly display your vendor identification throughout the event.
Our merchants may extend you a “mall employee discount”!
In the event of an emergency, you may call our security team via cell phone at
253.397.7177. If you should hear a fire alarm during the event, please:
Stop what you are doing.
Wait for an announcement from the mall office.
Listen for instructions.
If there are guests in your booth, please advise them to stop, wait and listen.
Wi-Fi
Internet service is available through BOINGO for a small fee. From your mobile
device, log on to southhillmall.com for connection instructions.
Vendor Evaluation Form
An evaluation form for our event and service will be distributed the day of the
event. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us to continuously
improve our service to you and our community.
