Riding The Sandusky Transit System Is a convenient and easy way to get to work, appointments, shopping and more. Anyone can ride. There are no eligibility Mission Statement To provide safe public transportation service to all service area residents in a timely, courteous, and cost-effective manner in order to contribute to their quality of life. Riding SPARC Please board at one of the scheduled stops Please be ready at the time listed, but allow at least 10 minutes due to deviations and wheelchair lift use. SPARC Point Deviation Service Point Deviation means that the bus will be at "stops" or points at the scheduled times but may go off the route between stops to pick up passengers in nearby areas. Call 419-627-0740 to arrange a Deviation of up to 1/2 mille at least 24 hours in advanced. Additional $1 fare per deviation trip, service is subject to availability. Rules In case of inclement weather, listen to WCPZ 102.7 FM for closure information 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Do not smoke on any STS vehicle. Be polite and courteous to others. Do not eat or drink on any STS vehicle. Service animals are always welcome and are permitted in any STS vehicle. Americas with Disabilities Act allows an entity to refuse service to an individual with disabilities who engages in violent, seriously disruptive , or illegal conduct. An entity may not refuse service to an individual with disability solely because the disability results in appearance or involuntary behavior that may offend, annoy, or inconvenience employees or the entity or other persons. *COMPLAINTS (including Title VI) should be directed to the Transit Administrator at 419-6218462. Questions and complaints will be responded to verbally and/or by written communication within seven (7) days of receipt.
