Future Plans The use of a national & sustainable unique ID is necessary The importance of AI & FI measurement has to be socialized widely AI has to be integrated as a compulsory KPI of education institution All education institutions have to conduct a comprehensive and accurate tracer study regularly FI measurement has to be legalized & conducted by local government to better evaluate the skilled workers alignment to job market DBMS Illustration DBMS Software Development Challenges & Future Plans There is an urgent need for a national wide DBMS to better inform both supply & demand from various fields through a selection process 2014 20 teams with 3 members work together based on partnership concepts Tracer Study, Graduate & Industry Satisfaction Survey, SelfAssessment of Input Management Processes – Learning Processes – Output Management Processes, Implementing Programs to Improve the Alignment Findings from the Pilot Projects • Almost all education institutions have no or poor database of tracer study • The AIs of many study fields/sectors vary ranging from 0,2 – 0,7 • The AIs fluctuate from year to year • Stakeholder satisfaction toward alumnis/graduates is low particularly in softskill aspect • The most prominent weaknesses are lack of initiative, willingness to learn, discipline, motivation, responsibility, honesty • Industries are less satisfied with the
