2. Partylover-events @ Q-base
My name is Rick Jacobs, I am 25 years old and live in Velden (a small town next to Venlo). I
am the owner of Partylover-events which was founded in 2011. Partylover-events is a young
organization with the ambition to organize harder styles events that continuously become
bigger, better and more awesome in the future. The best known product of Partylover-events
is Dreamcatchers. For as long as I can remember I have had an enormous passion for hard
dance music on the one hand and love to organize and bring talented people together on the
other hand.Partylover-events believes in the power, creativity and perseverance of young,
highly motivated and talented people.
So far Partylover-events has organized 5 successful indoor hardstyle parties:
Dreamcatchers, 1 freestyle event named The Inqubator, and 2 stage hoostings. One at
Alcatrazz Festival in 2012 and one at Groove Garden Festival in 2014. Check

2. The concept
The Qonfederation
The theme of Q-base 2014 is Creatures of the Night. Partylover-Events has encouraged the
members of a special and extra Raw Hardstyle (from now on called ‘Industrial Raw’)
Qonfederation to report themselves. Only the best Underdogs are welcome to join this club
of elites.
Meanwhile a strong and talented team has been put together which is ready to treat the Qbase 2014 ‘Creatures of the Night’ audience on the best Industrial Raw. So we are not
talking about Hardstyle or Raw Hardstyle but Industrial Hardstyle, with a BPM rate
somewhere between 155 and 160! Maybe even more important, the DJ’s will perform tracks
with hard kicks, cool skreetches and raw sounds.
No regular Hardstyle.. No Raw Hardstyle.. but we call it Industrial RAW!!

3. Music & Program
Like described before, the audio program will exclusively include extra Raw Hardstyle tracks.
The sounds will be on the edge of (Industrial) Hardcore; borders are becoming vague and
new paths are taken. The DJ’s will demand all their talent in order to produce some of the
best Industrial Raw sounds you have ever heard before. Hard kicks, sharp skreetches en raw
sounds dominate the Qonfederation bunker. Tracks that represents the desired ambience:
DJ Dione – Pain till I die and Bass Modulators – Bounce & Break (Atmozfears Remix).
Partylover-Events owns a database full of talented DJ’s who are waiting to perform at one of
our events.

Artists
Emphasis:
Emphasis is a young DJ duo of two friends (Ricky & Tim)
who live in Venlo. Emphasis has started their journey of
dj’ing in the hardstyle scene from 2013. Their passion for the
music brought them into the journey of a DJ. They started to
mix songs, recorded it and put them online. Since they
started doing this a couple of dreams came true for this
young DJ duo. A lot of people started listening to their
mixes, which are positively reviewed. Because of this they
already had a couple of gigs. Dreams came true, when they
have a gig they let the crowd go nuts. They are really
enjoying it when they see this happens. But they still have
one dream to go, they really want to produce music. Time will tell.
The Shade
The Shade also known as Nando Boukzir
discovered his passion for music at a young
age. He was raised in a musical family in the
south of Holland. He discovered the love for
electronic music at the age of 8 and started to
play keyboard. At the age of 15 he made his
first move to become a deejay by spinning

mainstream house records at small local events. One year later this turned into the love for
hard dance music. Nowadays The Shade represents Hardstyle & Rawstyle scene with loads
of energy. An act that the visitors won't forget, Raw madness guaranteed! "It's just .. Raw!"
Rapid Rodge:
In 2004 he got is first bookings. He was developing a style
that could be called energetic. Nowadays he blends tracks
seamlessly with rolling hardstyle kicks and fast synth riffs.
Variation is his magic word. Next to spinning the decks, he
has taken producing hardstyle even more seriously.
He got bookings for every Sunday Raw edition. After that,
he got the audience award in the Distorted Noises contest
that started with over more than 70 participants. As a result,
he played at the main event Distorted Noises in the
Burgerweeshuis in Deventer. Rapid Rodge also won a big
contest of Minus Is More. That brought him to the stage of
Radical Redemption's ''Spell of Sin'' in Club Rodenburg. But
his most memorable booking was the Alcatrazz Festival in
2012 at the dreamcatchers area. He also participated at the
Qapital contest where he was chosen by Q-dance as 1 of the 5 finalists of 2013! Thats where
he got discovered by Invaders Records and released a couple of his first original and
energetic tracks. He also made an unofficial remix from Ran-D's ''feel my fire'' that got played
in front of 5000 partypeople at Xxlerator Outdoor by Solutio & The I's. Rapid Rodge shared
line-ups with big names like Frontliner, Ran-D, Titan, Luna and B-front.
Keep an eye out for this guy. More tracks will follow in the near future!
Pico
Young Pico started his passion for Hard-Dance music with
melodic hardstyle but then his passion for Hardcore grew
and he went on with that. After producing Hardcore for a
while he got to know Deamer. They decided to hit the studio
together to make a rawstyle track. From there on he knew
which way he wanted to go with his music, Rawstyle with
some Hardcore elements.The passion for music grew and
he wanted to share that with an audience. A bit later he
joined an experienced dj course by System:Overload to
work on his skills. He played at System:Overload's B-Day
Bash at "Dynamo", Eindhoven alongside: Kasparov,
Nosferatu, Noize Surpressor and more.Some more bookings
followed like at "Thunderdome Radio", "Hakkuhgat" and
Output: The Raw Society which both feature some huge
names.Besides his passion for dj'ing he also produces very raw tracks on the label where he
is signed; Infected Section Records.
With only 20 years and his banging tracks and mind-blowing sets, Pico is the one to look out
for!

Falqon & Redicate
Falqon:
The name Partylover-events is well-know, “ Dreamcatchers “ was the first big party that he
played. And this was e special edition “ Dreamcatchers – Minus is More Edition “ a
cooperation with Luna , Crypsis and Redical Redemption in Horst. In 2013 Falqon played at
his first festival Bassrulers – Outdoor and at Hard- E- Nuff, Haagse Knallers. He changed his
name to Falqon because that was a more serious name than Biebel –Base that him given to
him on Aruba.
Trough Genius he came in contact with “ Redicate “ he was a producer and this was
something new for Falqon till that moment. Falqon and Redicate decided to team up together
and learn from each other. They made an anthem for Malt- Festival 2014 ( Zerox ft
Faqlon&Redicate – Malt Festival Anthem 2014 ) and released two tracks on the label
Wicked-Soundz ( The Slayer & Hardstyle ) There first party together as a duo was
The InQubator. They will never forget that night because it was massive and had a great
atmosphere. After that a even bigger event of partylover-events was given in the event hall in
Venray.
Dreamcatchers, Bigger,Better,Louder, and even there
they were allowed to perform. They also played at

He came up against “ Falqon “ and they decided to try
the studio together. The click was there right away
and they enjoyed working together. The first two
tracks were The Slayer and Hardstyle Therapy. And
were both released on the label Wicked-Soundz, and
charted in the Hardstyle top 100
on www.hardstyle.com .That motivated us so much that we decided to start a act as duo
Falqon&Redicate.
Bigger party’s game like, Dreamcatchers, Bass Academy, Dance Boulevard, Hard76, Malt
Festival, Festival Ontpop.
After a lot of thinking, Redicate decided to give his Career a third change, as a Dj and
producer. Together with his partner " Dj Falqon " and with the skills he has learned so far,
they both have the potential to become a great duo in the hardstyle scene.
Cold Case:
Jeffrey den Ronden a.k.a Cold Case is a Dutch
Rawstyle Dj & producer, who grew up in the
south-west of the Netherlands. At a very young
age he found his dad's turntables and vinyl

collection and start practicing the craftsmanship on the wheels of steel. While improving his
skills, Jeffrey developed a unique own style that can be described as energetic with raw
sounds, a heavy kick and a bombastic atmosphere. At the age of 19 he started playing in his
local town at some bars and clubs. Within a few years his region grew to the southern part of
the Netherlands and some spots in the northern region of Belgium.
In 2012 he joined the Lussive Music label. Cold Case has proven himself as an outstanding
talented producer. He created hits like: Bang, For The Night is Dark, Dreaming, The Return
(with The Vision), Set U Free (with A-lusion), Escape From Reality (Destress Festival
Anthem) and Criminal (with Act of Rage). These tracks all have been released on prestigious
labels such as Minus = More, Dirty Worx and Lussive Music. He doesn’t care about
pigeonholing himself into one sound: he just likes it rough!
He performed on massive stages like Dance Valley, Destress Festival, Daylight Festival, Sun
NRG and more….
Because of his long list of past performances, he mastered the skill of reading a crowd.
Pleasing everyone's ears is his top priority during his performance. Join Cold Case on his
crime scene of distorted raw hardstyle.
Nemesis:
NEMESIS is a Raw Hardstyle duo,
excisting of Jeroen de Graaf and Jeroen
Gosselink from Dreumel (The
Netherlands).These two enthusiastic
talents have shared a passion for rawhardstyle for many years.From the
beginning of 2013 they have invested a
lot of time and energy in producing their
own tracks. In February 2014 they
followed a masterclass at none other than Ran-D.They get inspired by more well-known DJ’s
and producers from the Hardstyle scene, like B-Front, Digital Punk, Crypsis, Warface and
many more.NEMESIS has gigs a few times a month and they are also performing at
C.R.A.F.T. Festival and Ravezone At The Beach.
Besides this, they performed in line-ups with big names like Crypsis, Radical Redemption
and Deetox.Their sets contain energetic tracks that let the audience move their feet!
D’Cepticon
In 2008 Roy de Waard came in touch with an old-colleague,
who was a radio-dj at a local broadcast. Roy became
fascinated so he bought 2 turntables and a mixer for himself to
mix his own music. His preference for Hardstyle was quickly
determined because he went to parties like Qlimax, Defqon
and Decibel. Around late 2009, early 2010, after a lot of
practice and participating in contests, he finally got his chance.
He won a contest from Complicated in which he got a spot in
the line-up next to DJ Digital Punk. Late 2010, after Fear FM

returned as a online radio channel, Roy could get a spot as a resident from Fear FM. He got
the spot and so, you can listen to Roy as D'Cepticon every Friday between 6 and 7 PM. At
one point Roy met a MC, who was on the right track to become popular and they decided to
work together. Since then, Roy (D'Cepticon) and Dion (MC No-iD) performed a lot together at
parties, where they tear the place apart. Roy and Dion performed a lot together at parties like
''Dangerouzmind'', ''Beatbusters'', ''Supersized RAW' and ''Anarchy'' "RAW Maniacs"
"Summerlake Festival" together with DJ's like Zatox, Jack of Sound, Adaro, Bioweapon,
Alpha Twins, Noisecontrollers, Radical Redemption, B2B with Titan and E-Force and many
more. You can explain D'Cepticon's DJ style as energetic, notable, fast mixing and not with
standard intro – outro mixing. D'Cepticon also adapts to his crowd or the line-up, but always
does his own thing. He also experiments with Dubstyle, "Subground", Hardtrance and Early
Hardstyle sometimes. D'Cepticon stands for a good mixing technique and quality, but it
should not lack of the performance of the DJ behind the tables. D'Cepticon always tears the
place apart.
Feroxx
Feroxx, also known as Manon Jacobs. Born and raised in the
south of The Netherlands.
At the age of 13, she already listened to the harder styles in
music. It all started with ‘hardcore state of mind’ by Paul
Elstak. At that point her love for the harder styles was born.
In 2007 she got herself 2 turntables, a mixer and a small
collection of hardcore vinyl. And she started out with her
Logitech speakers and a cheap headphone.
She got inspired by hardstyle back in 2009, which now has
become a big part of her life. When one of her turntables
broke down, she switched to cd's. From that moment on she
decided to aim higher with her ambitions. Not only to play in
her attic, but on events in front of a crowd.
Nowadays she is playing at different parties with her usb, passion and love for the music. On
her way to improve herself. She is even the latest addition to the RAW Maniacs Residents!
Her future plans: hard-hitting tracks and ensure that everyone knows who Feroxx is!
Jason Payne
Sanjay Mahabir grew up next to a family of
hardcore gabbers. A real Thunderdome baby,
he was listening to Hardcore at only 6 years
old. He started DJ-ing when he was twelve,
and producing at the age of fourteen. When
the Hardstyle revolution started, he knew this
was it: He attended Luna's "One Man Show"
in the Gelredome. Inspired by the music he
started producing Hardstyle, but right then and
there he knew things could be way harder
than that, and so he started producing a
heavier sound. Now, after more than a
decade, he produces and plays Raw

Hardstyle and Hardcore, and is the leading man of his own Artificial Records label. Be sure
to see this maniac behind the decks and feel the new definition of the Harder sound!
Amsterdam-based producer of the Harder Styles, DJ and Co-founder of Innovative Arts
Records and the Artificial Label.
Civillian
His real name Jeffrey Burgers, though he prefers to be
called DJ Civillian. He is very passionated and ambitious.
As a 14-year-old boy he was already (secretly) partying at
Thunderdome, enjoying the absurd skills from DJ Vince
and J.D.A. Many years later, he pulls the plunge again but
now he is going to prove himself as a DJ to give the croud
the experience he had the last 10 years from the master
sets of all Hardstyle and Hardcore hero’s in the scene.
Since the beginning of RAW hardstyle (started by Thera)
till recent raw hero’s like Redical Redemption, Titan and
Warface, he knew this was his style. He started to organise
raw events like ‘Operation Raw’. Almost every day he is
practising, he played at several clubs in Curacao and
Aruba, in the city centre of Arnhem, de Halfvastenfeesten
(contest winner), Zeeland Gaat Hard, Down Under NYE,
10 years anniversary DJ Sjek, Simply Wild and at 7th Sunday Festival he joined DJ Juelez
and played some amazing raw tracks. Besides playing at events he is working at a mix for
Crossover at Qdance Radio.
His mix technics are very tight, he can briefly mix a lot of tracks in a short amount of time and
when asked also easily change styles. If you are searching for a DJ which is only watching
focused at his CD-players, I’m afraid you have to look further. Despite his utmost
concentration he rocks the party with the croud, On paper this most all sound interesting, but
he would love to demonstrate his skills and prove it. Always ready for the next Raw step.
Milito
Youngster Milito started collecting his first
records in 2005.
Almost immediately after he started spinning
he started forming an unique style in
selecting the records he plays. His style can
be described as a mix between uptempo
melodic mainstream & darkcore, but always
with a hard rolling kick! At that point, the
base of his own boom-boom style was
born.After he was selected; to join (and win)
the 'Beter Kom Je Niet;' DJ-Contest, Live @
Thunderdome Radio, his first serious
bookings were a fact. He just turned 25 and
has already performed at various diversity of clubs in Holland and Belgium.
Highlight of Milito's young career was playing at the Mainstage of Together We Are Hardcore

Festival' Milito already smashed the crack out of Big Clubs like; Crystal Venue, North Sea
Venue, Club Eclipse and Club Rodenburg!
Furthermore 'Together We Are Hardcore Festival' 'Harmony of Hardcore Festival' 'Alcatrazz
Festival' and 'Hardcore at Sea' can be found on his gig-list.
He developed a unique style in which you can expect everything that sounds Hardcore. His
love for music and his spinning skills make him and his turntables inseparable. Records will
follow in the near future.....!

4. Decoration & attributes
In the bunker we would like to create a mysterious ambiance. Behind the
DJ’s a moon landscape will be set in place. This can be done fairly easily
by putting up a white cloth that has been painted in twilight manner. The
core color will be white. In front of the DJ several plasma balls will create
an ambiance that looks like an alien production laboratory (of new
talents). On the roof army nets and alien like creatures will be put up.
Partylover-events already owns these attributes and they have been
used during carnaval parades in the past. All attribute’s will be painted in
the same color.
Above the entrance a big billboard with the Partylover-Events logo on it
will be put up. In the Partylover-events crew there is a very crafty
individual who has been educated as a construction engineer at the
Technical University in Eindhoven.
Because of the style Industrial Raw, we would love to extend the concept
with Industrial Raw Materials like iron and steel. The amount of it
depends on the budget.
Extra’s and other cool shit.
On the outside of the bunker a smoke machine and a bubble machine will produce special
effects around the alien creatures. In the bunker several glow sticks will be handed out. This
looks real awesome when everyone is waving with them. The audience likes to wave and act
crazy with glow sticks. At our events this also worked out greatly, and the optical effects are
awesome. At the same time the partylovers are entertained by both the glow sticks and the
music.
