The seizedfirearmswere evideuceof dealingwithoutafederalfirearmslicense,disposition of firearmsto prohibitedpersons. 30' Furthermore,COPELAND's computerized criminal history(CCH) iirdicatedan assault/child abuseconviction, where he servedtwo (2) year probationin Baltimore, Maryland. Pendingformal confirmation, COpELAND might be a prohibitedpersonbasedon his assault/child abuseconviction*status, underthe federalfirearmslaws. Attachments: l.
