We have the highest rates of and worst human diseases; it’s also the worst
state that the planet has ever been in...CAN ANY ONE STILL THINK THAT WE
HAVE A FUTURE FUNCTIONING WITHIN THIS PRESENT SYSTEM?

No religion, racial AND financial preference necessary, these present systems over the last 2000
years have only created (and can only create) subjugation, a proven flawed system.
At present, the global mainstream educational model on energy technology, medicine, banking and
sustainable development is not centered on its capacity. Human farming is probably the simplest
way to put it. It is presently functioning at under capacity, what is even worse is that the public
perception of their own educational system is that it functions for their best interest or at capacity to
serve them.

funded government policing medical bodies and the GLOBAL medicine model do not always

Hidro operating means cheaper electricity for the consumer, it is more renewable to produce
power by Hidro than it is to do it by solar, wind and tidal power. Hence tax payer dollars must
STOP going into solar, wind or others if they cannot compare. We will discuss our plan how we can
all stop them from getting away with this.
Is the government using your tax payer dollars to fund Hidro for cheaper electricity? The
government is presently spending millions of dollars on more expensive and less renewable clean
coal and wind farms, it gets worse. At present the government’s renewable energy legislation is
holding the Hidro technology back, the public don’t even know that they already have enough tax
payer dollars to purchase this technology and have a lower electricity bill!
These project developments, along with the proposed co-generation project in Queensland, and
many other proposed development sites in Australia, are pending the Australian Federal
Government's concurrence for the technology's renewable energy certification. Approval is sought
for Hidro+ Hydrodynamic Power Technology to be certified under the category of "Other Clean
Energy Technologies", in the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000.
This category was an integral part of the legislation as originally introduced with the Act in the
year 2000 (Section 5, Division 3, Clause 17), but it has since been removed during changes to the
legislation in recent years. The reinstatement of this category would benefit the renewable energy
industry, by again covering all electricity generation from non-fossil fuel sources, that is renewable
and sustainable, and meets criteria including but not limited to compliance with low-emission and

that has been able to collect medical records and show the public that their government institution
(medical policing body the TGA in Australia) has not been able to provide accurate information on
the black salve and are hindering people from using it. And furthermore, it was only Panacea who
has been able to continue to provide accurate public information to save lives.

website that black salve does not work and that it harms healthy skin whether there is cancer

No one has an answer to counter this; it is only a matter of time before all vendors selling these
ingredients are persecuted. However in the black salve radio show, Panacea did. We are the only
organization with a volunteer based support plan to respond to this and have the records that can

The Panacea assembled team and institute must function to ensure no conflict of interest or
ignorance neither interferes with these treatments nor hinders real time progress. With

successes over others statistics, they have medical records and there are so called terminal

The public tax payer funded TGA and many other “medical” organizations out there have given the
public the perception that they are “policing”, “researching” and “searching” for a cure to chronic
diseases. Let’s take for example:

Their present treatments and success rates can only be labeled as “disease management” and
unsuccessful. The most effective answers to these conditions have already been found and do not
involve medication, surgery or drugs. Plant based whole foods, natural supplements and natural
cancer treatments not only have efficacy and safety over mainstream statistics, they also prevent
disease!
The public have no one there to ensure they can learn from others statistics in curing their chronic
disease with alternatives that have had a far greater success rate and are less toxic. Even worse, the
public have no idea how the organizations behind the “cures” in heart disease, cancer etc are there

There are a growing number of people with medical records who have used plant based protocols to
heal themselves and get rid of their medication but your doctor could never be trained in them
under the conventional medical education. If one was familiar with the amount of drugs prescribed

to the treatment. Poplak redecorated Highgrove House for Charles and Diana and designed their
apartment in Kensington Palace. He gave Charles a copy of the book A Time to Heal: My Triumph
over Cancer - Beata Bishop's story of how she beat malignant melanoma 23 years ago by following
the strict dietary regime.

care reform must start in the kitchen, not with politics or the medical industry.

goes on elsewhere, let’s take breast cancer for example. In our guide we will show how the
mainstream charities ignore what’s already there. They use your money to finance research for drug
companies then sell you the ineffective cure at an obscene amount that the public paid for.
All this is going on despite their being 100% success rates with late stage breast cancer already out
there. One example can be found in Mexico -Alternative Cancer Treatment Center | Oasis of Hope
Cancer Hospital. The following is taken from a transcript Panacea purchased with donations in order
to help reform and educate the public.
So we have a number of patients with the same diagnosis and the same staging, which is terminal
cancer of the breast. And we compare them to two people that have published and there is very, very
few. The one that we are using is the steer which is results of a number of it is a meta analysis, that is
a large amount of number of studies, a large number of patients from a large or a good number of
studies done in different hospitals with the same protocol. And then they provide results. And so
those are from the NCI the National Cancer Institute.
And these are results from the typical conventional therapy. Then we compare it to our therapy,
which is the IRT meaning, Integrative Regulatory Therapy. So those are all the therapies that we do
for our patients where I talked about the preparation, the diet, the emotional and spiritual support
everything is included on that. And so we compare them also to the cancer treatment centers of
America. Now we did out study for five years, the cancer treatment centers are providing only for one
or two years. Again, because it’s very difficult to follow patients and very expensive to do it for five
years but we wanted to do the same thing as the NCI.
So if you see on our breast cancer patients that were treated before they came to us. We have
about 98% of our patients are alive after five years. In comparison to 65% from the conventional
therapy, that is very significant. If you look at the next one, when the cancer comes to us from
virgin to treatment, without any treatment a 100% of our patients are alive after one year. And
so, obviously because there is Stage 4 cancer patients very complicated as years go by the numbers
start to drop. But at the end of 5 years we have, almost three times as many patients alive that the
conventional therapy. And this is with therapies that the patients virtually suffer no side effects and
their quality of life is excellent.

As mentioned in the introduction Panacea’s FREE energy research objective now involves the
creation of on line forms to help stop the suppression and make sure the public and politicians know
about available commercial free energy devices. Black Light Power, Hidro and Energy By Motion
can be deployed today and you are not powerless to request that your tax dollars are spent on this
objective.
In the last newsletter we outlined how successful the Avaaz organization was in making
governments and the united nations ACT via the will of people. Without online petitions it would
have never happened, no money was needed, a simple online form WITH NUMBERS did this. We
have always seen the potential for internet petitions; this is why Panacea began with the Activism
page as part of our interactive educational resources.
Here is a recent reminder that online forms work and make government act, the internet filter has
been defeated (for now).
Yesterday, Communications Minister Senator Conroy made a long overdue announcement: the
Government has finally scrapped its internet censorship plan. GetUp members have worked hard to
make this happen since December 2008. Together, we built one of the largest petitions in
Australia’s history, took out a full-page ad in The Australian, created dynamic online ads viewed
millions of times, rallied outside Parliament, and generated ongoing media scrutiny and pressure.
Singing a mere internet form does not take any effort does it? We hope to have the Panacea free
energy tax payer allocated online forms done early next year.
There are a few up and coming alleged free energy devices like Keshe and the E-cat which we will be
investigating and reporting about next year. The Keshe foundation announced that those who have
previously purchased their 5kW free energy generators (there were 10,000 pre-orders available)
could expect them to be available sometime in December, but they would need to figure out a way
to pick them up.

In the mean time, the situation with free energy technology can only be reported as nothing less
than hopeless, everyone except black light power struggle with financing their devices. They
especially cannot make the public aware of them. This is still going on today, some are still - Missing

We are reminded every year why our free energy suppression production is relative. We have
decided to do a better version of our video production in the New Year. There can be no doubt that
these SAFE, clean, and renewable sources are "dangers" to the status quo and the continued profits
of corporations who are now the most profitable and powerful entities ever seen in history. In these
cases, suppression is about corruption: And as with all forms of corruption, it mostly ends when
enough light is shown on it. PUBLIC education must be sought.
Out of the many of these cases we began researching here is a recent one. Dr. Martin Fleischmann
the co-discoverer of Cold Fusion / LENR, has sadly died. His courage and brilliance will live on, and
someday will be honored by a grateful world despite the false attacks in 1989 and 1990, and
subsequent blacked-out silence of the corporate media. And despite institutions such as M.I.T. who
used "Junk Science" to discredit it in a corrupt attempt to help maintain the energy status quo.

Today, RIGHT NOW is a working LENR device that has been producing more energy than it
consumes, in the lab of Dr. Hagelstein at M.I.T there since January. Yet M.I.T.'s corrupt
administration still refuses to admit they were wrong, and has even recently TURNED AWAY
RESEARCH MONEYS FOR LENR. Here is an amateur video taken by an interested concerned citizen

Others are trying but getting road blocks, Brillouin Energy (a competing "gas loading Nickle" LENR
system to Rossi and the others), has gotten patents in China and other nations but was apparently

The activism Panacea started and the work that organizations like Getup and Avaaz are doing has
to be applied to these cases. The idea being, let them know we know, and that continued ignoring
and suppressing this information is not plausible and looks increasingly highly suspicious. They
may not think they can be prosecuted, but public opinion is a capricious mistress, and stranger
things happened. As Benito Mussolini found out.
They will back down and use tax payer money, none of them would want to face an angry populace
if they knew about important clean and safe energy advances... and sat on them because of

Well known free energy debunker Mark Dansie is involved with free energy technology and is
struggling to get big financing. There is millions in tax payer dollars available for this, but no public
education on the devices. Mark could begin with PUBLIC EDUCAITON using what he already has.
Mark presented a proof of principle working device, the nano sized energy accumulator which he
showed Sterling Allan from Peswiki Sadly these type of conferences are not mainstream.
This micro sized device can only put out small power and however it may be one of the best proof of
principles out there to show the world that FE devices ARE real.

public awareness, next year our third TV appearance can be used to do spread awareness of what’s
going on in the background, the public audience can get a lot of objective education in one place
from visiting the Panacea site, the idea is to get the mainstream audience attention. Our TV black
salve objective will be a good start to this, where we can spread other important public education.

Panacea co founder, donator and trustee Andrew (“the man behind the camera”) will be creating
the “Panacea BOCAF Health” YouTube channel in January 2013, we will begin uploading both open
source and advertising minimum donation information. Here is a preview of our super food recipe
section. All these ingredients give both energy and detoxification.
Panacea Immune Builder 1
Studies show that garlic has allicin, a compound with a natural antibiotic-like effect. It is
antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, and antiviral, but it must be consumed raw to have this effect.
Turnip juice has been used to strengthen the lung tissue. Watercress is not only an antiinflammatory, watercress is useful for treating eczema, acne and other skin irritations, and generally
contributes to healthy skin. It’s also considered a liver tonic and was used by Greek and Persian
soldiers to increase stamina and improve health.
In Victorian England it was regularly eaten by the working class to ward off scurvy. Eighty-five
percent of the calories in watercress are due to protein, which may help with weight management.
The ancient Romans ate it with simple olive oil and vinegar. Watercress is rich in fiber, anti-oxidants,
vitamin C, beta-carotene, folic acid, potassium, calcium, phosphorous and iron, and is a good source
of iodine as well. In fact, it has more calcium than milk and more iron than spinach.
Its main active principles are classified as thyoglycosides (glycosides containing sulfur) ¾an antithrombosis with a mild anti-coagulant effect. Watercress also contains moderate amounts of
vitamins B1 and B2, zinc, copper and manganese. On top of all this it encourages immune activity in
the body.
Lemon is a blood Blood purifier, improves the body’s ability to expel toxins, and is anti-fungal. Cut
the produce to fit your juicers feed tube. Tuck the watercress in feed tube and push through with
the turnip. Finish with remaining ingredients. Stir the juice, pour into a glass, and drink as soon as
possible. Serves 1.

3 carrots
1-2 garlic cloves
1 green apple
1 lemon pealed
The following is a preview of the Panacea Non toxic alternative skin cancer research manual for all
our loyal subscribers. Over the last 12 months Panacea volunteers have used our research and
reported success using the following dietary protocol WITH their choice of a non toxic skin cancer
treatment. The reason it has been effective with the treatment is simple. Let’s take the example of
using black salve or curaderm cream to treat skin cancer. Most will think that putting the stuff on is
the complete protocol, it is not. We are going to be able to contribute a major element in these
treatments by what we are about to share.
Only using black salve or curaderm cream, iodine or grapefruit seed extract (all can be used to treat
BCC and SCC skin cancers) will interrupt only PART o the cancer process. The tumor is only the effect,
a symptom of the underlying CAUSE. Cancer is actually in your cells not in your skin.
Non mainstream successful alternative skin cancer treatments,
Curaderm, black salve and lugols iodine. (More below)
It is for this very reason that spots appear elsewhere after you treat one, but they never in the same
spot with black salve, curaderm , grapefruit seed extract and or Iodine. We can consider that these
treatments although 100% successfully locally (unlike nitrogen, surgery radiation and aldara cream
etc) must be considered to be only 50% or half of an effective protocol. Building the immune system
back up and consuming foods that attack cancer and protect the skin is the other half of the story
and this is what’s missing in alternative and mainstream treatment. Not anymore.

After a few of our volunteers treated 19 and even 80 spots, it was only adding in the elements in the
diet to repair the underlying cause that was effective and prevented them from appearing
elsewhere. And here they are, thanks to the Panacea research team and our volunteers.
Here is the program that has success
Stop all refined sugar and pasteurized dairy as they feed the tumor. Cancer always has an acidic
environment and compromised immune system attached.
Pasteurized dairy causes acidosis in the body (where cancer thrives), therefore all pasteurized dairy
is replaced with nut milks like almond milk or oat milk, and you can make homemade nut milks with
apricot kernels, an additional cancer fighter. You may use brown rice milk, just do not use soy milk.
You can make probiotic nut chesses to replace pasteurized dairy cheese if needed and still use
apricot kernels!
All refined sugar and products with it in it are replaced with safe sweetness, like Yacon syrup or
coconut nectar (coconut palm) sugar. 5-6 kernels are taken per day per day in recipes, here is a
good one.
1) Apricot kernel nut milk smoothie with cancer fighters
Decrease the amount of water for creamier milk. Add 5-7 kernels. Use Almonds or Brazil nuts/ first
soak the apricot kernels and your choice of nuts over night, then drain the water.
2 cups non fluoridated/non chlorinated water
1 cups soaked almonds/brazil nuts
3 pitted medjool dates, soaked
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
5-7 Apricot kernels
-Put nuts and water in the blender
-Blend until smooth and strain through a nut milk bag.
Add the nut milk to your smoothie, you can also add in super foods. Consuming 5- 7 kernels per day
even after the treatment is complete is a great cancer prevention maintenance dose. Pau d’arco Tea
and turmeric are the superior answer, you will soon read why.
2) Turmeric recipes
Most people consume turmeric without realizing just how much of benefit is to them, even worse
they do not realize that you need to make it bio available in order to get the benefits. It is only
soluble in oil and adding in elements like piperine (black pepper) amplifies the bio availability (Pub
Med -Influence of piperine on the pharmacokinetics of curcumin)
This root vegetable has such a magnitude of benefits from attacking all cancers lines, skin
protection, liver, and MUCH MORE it is important to take these steps. If one is to take a common
curcumin supplement or tablet form (Curcumin is the principal curcuminoid in turmeric tablets) one
does not escape the bio availability issue. You will need to take the best absorption method. Here
they are - liposomal turmeric is the supreme delivery system so far. (Comparative absorption of a
standardized curcuminoid mixture and its lecithin formulation PubMed). Next in line is the BCM-95
complex, common bought curcumin/turmeric tablets cannot compare.
Bio available Turmeric
For common skin cancers and our program you can use the fresh root 3 times a day, it is made bio
available by adding:
1 inch of the fresh root (or heaped teaspoon of the powder)
2 table spoons of organic coconut oil
A pinch of organic black pepper
Blend all up until a paste
You can then make any salad dressing by adding apple cider vinegar, balsamic, lemon juice etc and
or other ingredients. Or just “knock it back” as is. You can also add it into burgers, smoothies wraps
etc. Panacea will have a full production covering this method with our new min donation resource.
Turmeric is needed to protect the skin from UV radiation with the sun; just like Lycopene (the red in
tomatoes and water melons etc) it protects the skin. The mice they gave turmeric too could not get
skin cancer via UV radiation. There are many Pub med studies on Turmeric.
3) Plant based whole foods
All your meals will have to have more plant based protein than animal based. At least 70% of your
dish has to be raw (Panacea’s raw food page).That rule of thumb alone is a powerful healing way to
live. That means your plate can only have 10% meat etc. A few days a week you can just consume (in
place of meat) beans and or whole grains. In our new open source production we will be showing
many examples of this, plus a step by step menu.
4) Sun screen with curaderm in it (Curasol).
Not much to explain from this, it’s a SAFE sun screen with a cancer fighter already in it.
In Conclusion
All these results are PROVEN to be effective and are a basic outline of what is involved the Panacea
program, Panacea produced them with no budget and sadly these elements are not explained in
conventional skin cancer clinics where their surgery, radiation and creams are not 100% effective.
Even alternative cancer treatments do not include these needed elements to prevent and protect
the skin. Compare conventional skin cancer results to the 100% success of diet and black salve for
example. These elements are also needed to accelerate healing. It may not seem like much to some,
but it can change the world’s skin cancer statistics and we donate this to you our readers.
In conclusion -Using Black salve, curaderm cream or iodine is only 50% of an effective treatment and
the cancers can appear elsewhere. The other half is the applications of these dietary elements, we
have learned over 12 months with over 100 volunteers giving you this info. With donations we can
bring you more, but enjoy this love from Panacea’s volunteer network.

Let us begin by thanking our respected and loyal trustee Rolf for his hard work in completing a 2
stage oscillator, Rolf produced 30 watts so far and is presently enjoying a well deserved break. We
are unable to provide photos at this time but can state that this is a great start to helping others
learn how to harness this device. Thank you Rolf WELL DONE and rest well our dear friend.
Rolf has been instrumental for years enabling us to progress, another individual who is going to get a
mention is Jules Tresor, a silent supporter/helper of ours, we began to investigate these LED “over
unity” devices as requested by our loving French supporter Jules, it seems every day we get an over
unity LED circuit claim.
After using some very helpful funds from JT, we decided to make a device that can measure whether
or not any LED circuit is over unity, we hope to be able to use this for you all in the future in order to
get to the goods sooner.

As for the LED circuits, the news is not good, sadly nothing out of the ordinary so far. We tried
various joule ringers and joule thieves. We will continue to investigate at the request of our donors.

What we have found interesting and are presently testing is the Bruce P antenna, this is based on
radiant energy capture, initial tests showed we got some minor voltage from the ground but need a
better earth; we have constructed a portable version in order to get a better earth and will report
results ASAP.

The Panacea university will undergo a name change starting in Jan 2013, to “Panacea Technical “,
this is so we cannot get attacked for being an open source university. We will be sending out new

Fuel saving and pollution cutting report
Yet again our volunteers have uncovered unique and original results using fuel saving technology the
Panacea researchers advised. In the photo below you can see from left to right, the Z5,Xtreme fuel
treatment , Cerrma additive and the fuel magnets. Fuel saving and pollution reduction

We have just discovered that the Cerma additive works in conjunction with the other fuel savers
pictured above. We are still conducting tests but know that the Z5 and magnets work together, we
know the XFT and Z5 work together, we now know that the Cerma and XFT work together thanks to
Panacea volunteer Warren pictured below, we already have positive results. We are also the only
ones to point out how businesses can retrieve the cost of these modifications back on tax if they use
their vehicle for work, and Panacea has already helped a furniture delivery truck driver to do so.

All these mods could be the future of low cost fuel savings and pollution reduction. So far Panacea
has taken pollution off the streets and contributed to public health. In one of our videos Panacea
emissions tested a cement truck using the Z5 and XFT, we achieved a 17% fuel saving, the business
owner could get the cost of the mods back on tax.
Now we know that we can add the Cerma additive and it will improve it also. The Cerma additive is a
“one off set and forget” modification like the Z5, and is a unique and amazing additive. Recently
Panacea got a report From volunteer John Furfaro who saw the Panacea XFT/Z5 fuel saving cement
truck video, so he tried it also on his dad’s cement truck. Here are John’s results, we intend to add
the Cerma to the truck later and report the results in our new up and coming testimonial fuel savings
video.
Dads truck is a 2003 fc4j Hino. If you need any more information please let me know, I just got off the
phone with my dad. He has been using the z5 filter for a couple of weeks. He's noticed an
improvement from 3.4 liters to a kilometer to 3.9 liters to a kilometer. Also he said he has gone from
500 to 550 liters to a tank to 630 on the last tank. That's doing the same waiting time as he use to do
and also the same loads because he has got the concrete truck. He is going to go through the whole
month of September with it and then work out an average percentage gain with fuel. Also he said it
is alot easier to carry the load as he said he didn't have to drop a gear while having a full load in the
burnley tunnel. Prior to the filter he had the same load on and had to drop a gear. I'll keep you in

New equipment and tests are ready to go. Panacea is continuing to try and perfect the weather

The Murray River in Australia desperately needs this relief work as does Africa and many other
countries, it would otherwise be “dead” unless Panacea conducted tests and keep the operations
going. Yes it would be gone; no one does it any more. With the Murray River; this large river is
riddled with water loss, and it will affect farming SIGNIFICANTLY. We will be testing ground and air
borne units next year and reporting our results.

help crack the drought scenario, no one else can save the farmers sadly, we are doing all this on no
budget. So far we have had many learning experiences, we now know our equipment needs stronger
capacity and we will be building stronger equipment in the New Year, if you can help us, please

Upon successful tests, Panacea intends to demonstrate this technology publicly and take the
knowledge to the people; it is only the public who can only police the corruption and politicians.

to educate the world with this process. The late Wilhelm Reich has been trying to advance education
