We will not accept any requests of costsharing on partial shipments. - If the customer chooses our transport service, Kunzle & Tasin will be responsible for partial deliveries or eventual damages that may occur during the transport, only if they are notified to Kunzle & Tasin in written by fax/email (including a copy of the Forwarding Agent Document of Transport and a report of the facts) within 24 hours from the arrival of the goods. Claims - Every notice of claims for not compliance orders with arrivals must be communicated in written within 8 days from the receiving. - Every other notice of claim for defective goods must be communicated in written within 40 days from the receiving. - The return of the goods has to be previously authorized in written by the seller that will provide all the details for the return. - The returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging.
