Another stunning cup from our Colombian friends, this one is drawn from
a dedicated smallholder group in Neira. After careful processing at the
Caficultores dry mill, during which every single bag is cupped before release,
this microlot Colombian features the deep complexity and full body one expects
from this origin. Add to that the perfect balance of a hand built microlot coffee,
and you have one impressive lot. We are very proud to offer this one for espresso
or pourover, but don’t be long, it’s not going to last!
