BACKGROUND & INTRODUCTION
Sector Five Projects is a 100% Black owned company, established in 2003 by
Alton Anderson with the objective of being a leading Infrastructure
Development Group operating nationally. Prior to establishing Sector Five
Projects Alton Anderson was a major Shareholder (50%) in Mandlethu Civils, a
medium sized Civil and Mechanical Construction Company.
Sector Five Projects main areas of operation are Property Development, Civil
and Mechanical Engineering, Construction and Project Management. The
company has the necessary resources, equipment and trained personnel to
procure and undertake construction and development projects in the various
sectors of the built environment. It is a fundamental Company Policy to
continually deliver projects that meet the client’s specified requirements, by
agreed dates and within budget.
We strive to build meaningful partnerships with our client’s and the
communities in which we operate. In addition, we will pursue our business with
honesty, integrity and fairness. Operate within the laws of the land, in
accordance with good business ethics and in a safe and environmentally
responsible way In short we strive to be the preferred company to do business

Prior to establishing Sector Five Projects Alton Anderson was a major
Shareholder in Mandlethu Civils, a medium sized Civil and Mechanical
Construction Company. Alton Anderson Then left Mandlethu Civils and
founded Sector Five Projects.
AltonAnderson has 20 years working experience and holds a diploma in project
management. Alton Anderson has been at a management level for the last 11
years has managed and supervised the erection of various projects in the civil
and engineer field. Namely:

Brylan Kock
Brylan has 16 years working experience and has been at a management, training
and consultation level for the last 7 years. Brylan has managed and supervised
the erection of various plants in the petrochemical, paper and sugar industries
for SHM Engineering, Kents(MEC), Fabricon, Engen Refinery and PGBI
Engineers.
Projects include:DA plant in Secunda, Oxygen plant in Secunda, Vessel and tower inspection
SASOL 1, Piping engineer Xinavane Sugar Mill Expansion
