3ATURDAY /CTOBER s PM
Corky Siegel’s latest project Chamber Blues, with

Daryl Stuermer of Genesis
3ATURDAY *ANUARY s PM
Virtuoso lead guitarist Daryl Stuermer of the supergroup Genesis has been touring the world to sold-out
crowds since 1978, creating the signature guitar sound
of the Phil Collins mega hits “In the Air Tonight” and
“Easy Lover.” Stuermer has continued to write music for

Tonic Sol-fa
Underwritten by
Greater Cedarburg Foundation
&RIDAY -ARCH s PM
The New York Times describes Tonic Sol-fa’s a cappella
sound as “A vocal kaleidoscope...unique to the human
voice.” Improvisational and passionate music combined
with cutting-edge stage presence is the benchmark by
which critics and fans agree: nobody does it like Tonic
Sol-fa. Although they are simply four voices and a
tambourine, they’ve already been voted into the Midwest
Music Hall of Fame, have done three popular public
television specials and have won their first Emmy Award
for “Musical Composition/Arrangement.”

Vocal Trash
&RIDAY -AY s PM
Texas-based Vocal Trash is a high-octane stage show
that makes music in harmony with the environment.
Described as “Glee, with a kick,” Vocal Trash combines
uniquely recycled instruments like one-of-a-kind
guitars and metal trash can or plastic barrel percussion
devices with first-rate vocals. Audiences can’t seem to
get enough of this energetic group whose “feel good”
music literally gets people up and dancing in the aisles.
It’s the ultimate production with an urban feel and
Broadway appeal.

Building A Life-Long
Appreciation for the Arts
Each season, the Visiting Artists Series provides
countless opportunities for students to learn about
and develop an appreciation for the performing
arts. From student internships to paid box office
and tech crew positions and from master classes to
on-stage collaborations with visiting artists, young
people have an opportunity to experience every
facet of the performing arts. Following is a sampling
OF STUDENT INTERN COMMENTS
Abigail Fisher, Class of 2012
“As an intern, I loved learning the ins and outs of backstage management,
and getting to see all the wonderful shows at the Cedarburg PAC. I think
that when I leave this year, I will take a great wealth of knowledge about
working backstage and also the valuable friendships of my fellow interns and
coordinators.”
Samantha Greivell, Class of 2012
Drew Wandschneider, Class of 2012
“My internship at the CPAC has been an incredibly positive experience. It has
caused me to strengthen my ties to the Cedarburg community, and to view
firsthand the great appreciation for the arts our community members have.
Through my internship, I have come in contact with many performers, and
have been fortunate enough to see and hear their talents on stage.”
“This has been a really valuable experience for me. I have met some really
great people and I have formed strong relationships with everyone that I
have been working with for the last four years. I really looked forward to
and enjoyed coming to all of the shows and helping out selling the artist
merchandise.”
