options. The Complete Home Loan offers a

major extensions/renovations which allows for
progress payments to your builder during the
construction period and an interest only option
during construction.

This is a flexible loan that offers a competitive
variable interest rate, a fixed rate option and
free redraw.1 With 100% offset, we deduct
your transaction account balance from your
Home Loan balance and you are only charged

This option provides finance for people

prior to the sale or settlement of their current
home or investment property. A fixed interest
rate is not available on the Bridging option.
