The products listed in this catalog / price list may be subject to European / German and/or US export regulations. Except in cases where deviating and individually stipulated terms or deviations of the specification listed below are agreed on, the "General Conditions for the Supply of Products and Services of the Electrical and Electronics Industry" individually issued by the society ZVEI are applicable in connection to the amendment provision "Ergänzungsklausel Erweiterter Eigentumsvorbehalt" (Overall reservation of title) issued by ZVEI respectively for the time when the order is placed. The specification can be requested from us or be looked up in the internet (www.mdexx.de). Therefore, any export requiring a license is subject to approval by the competent authorities. According to current provisions, the following export regulations must be observed with respect to the products featured in this catalog / price list: AL Products marked other than “N“ require an export license. In the case of software products, the export designations of the relevant data medium must also be generally adhered to. The belonging price lists and the prices indicated in the catalog and the internet are applicable in € (Euro) ex delivery facility (EXW-Incoterms 2000) excluding shipping costs and packaging.
